I have the same bike but when I turn the assisted power on within a few seconds it switches off, what should I do to let the screen or the power stays on. your video is very good and bike is fine.
I would email the company they will go through a process of elimination to
determine the problem and if a new part is needed they will send it out ☺️

£800-£900 is cheap, l got a Fiido C11 very very similsr to this only with 500w motor brushless with hydraulic brakes n thumb throttle, £817
Shame the throttle eBikes are not legal on the public roads.
You wouldn’t of thought so In Canterbury lol 😂 all the takeaway bikes on throttle zooming everywhere
Theres legislature on the cards to raise the motor to 500w and allow a throttle but still regulated yto 15.5mph
