And I hate sending my kid their with all the sickness every second week my child is sick, now been there for a year and i doesnt change only that it does get better in terms how bad they get sick. We have the option not to send our kid as the wife only works 2 days a week at the start we wouldn’t send the kid when was sick but we got in trouble with day care because we had frequent absences and it effects there funding , unsure what goes on in Aussie but here they basically want you to send your kid unless shit is really bad cos they don’t want to risk losing funding

Totally normal for the young one to get these gnarly illnesses early on at a new daycare. Each centre is full of different illnesses and will just take some time for your boy to build up that immunity. Totally normal. But also where I work some parents will send their children fully aware that they are sick and it drives me insane. For parents like you it is totally unfair. We get that life is rough and sometimes you gotta get to work but the amount of times children have gotten sick or even myself for this reason is just unfair, it means I now can't work. But that's just daycare politics.

Dont be so hard on the other parents though, their kid may have a stronger immune system than your lad and they could carry and spread things without being very symptomatic at all.
