What you are seeing is the color of the paper, since your typical everyday printer cannot print white.

Hey Judy! I always made the kids scrub the off in the shower, and the water exposure really works a number on them if they're swimming. So I'd say a few days unless they are protected. Hope this helps! ---Becky

As long as you are not wearing it for prolonged periods of time, for instance we would not recommend wearing the temporary tattoos for days at a time.
