Looks like you are having decent weather today!! It was good to see you had help on some of the locks 😮😊 !! Take care be safe and sounds like you are all are keeping well. Tell Gorge hi for me!! I will see you all on the next video!!
We went up to Sheffield this year, with another boat, and returned to Rotherham with the same boat, we did call in and visited Lewis Wilson at the bost yard in Sheffield as he built the bottom half of our boat.
Hi Michael and Jo. Looks like I missed you by two weeks as I came back to my mooring at the Tinsley Marina on the day they unveiled the Loop the Loop sculpture. Great piece of art work and very fitting for the area. The reason the locks are booked is for water management purposes. Sorry I missed you on your second visit to Sheffield, but no doubt I will bump into you both on the cut at some point in the future. 😊
Are you still in Sheffield? We found two useful and interesting places there some years ago. One is a large rambling charity superstore for the Emmaus charity in Blast Lane/Cadman Street, which looks to be very close to the basin. The other is an Oxfam Books and Music shop in Glossop Road, Broomhall. It looks to be about a mile from the basin. Both are places where I bought a lot of books!
Very nice👍
Great to see you arriving in my home city. The Industry boat also features a rose, the silver hallmark of the Steel City, have a wonderful stay.
Y’all have got to get on that loopyloop boat with a camera and have a good nose around for us. That would be interesting!

Having 2 on a narrow boat makes it so much easier going through the locks.
And having two narrowboats going through together makes it even easier.
Short and sweet and a suicidal bug.

Doing the driving, is much less effort isn't it?
There was an old man who swallowed a fly. I don’t know why he swallowed that fly. I guess he’ll blank.
Any handy spiders around?
