    Enjoyed your video. We fly into Auburn a lot to go to our place at Lake Martin. The airport just announced funding to build an air traffic control tower. With the super high volume of flight training there, a control tower will be great!

      Pretty exciting, wonder how long that will take...

      A couple of years I think, but I understand that they will use their game day portable tower in the mean time when staffing gets approved.

    1:24 - Why didn't you ask for "wind check"?

    • @golfcoastpilot
      @golfcoastpilot  9 месяцев назад

      No need for a wind check since I had the current ATIS.

    Don't complain about wind call outs on ATC. It's PIC responsibility right?

      PIC responsibility for sure. Absolutely no complaints... or anyones fault! Simply just the first time I have ever taken off and not gotten wind info. Hope you enjoyed!
