A few tips to improve your time with big blue. Use the thrust stomp to advance and attack at the same time. Use the backflip more often for super armor/ i frames in congested areas. Use incomplete combos to lock large groups of enemies in hit stun to kill them. You keep knocking everyone down which waste time. Toss everyone to your right. Use the atomic drop on the robots with the armor. It exposes their vunerable back so you can stun lock combo them.
This game is really good remastered, pixelated as it should be like the snes original & also with new animations and stuff! Its like if this was on original arcades back in the day this would be the arcade perfect version, and snes version the weakest port for the 16bit system those days! Also really good speed run happy new year man! 😉
I really enjoyed it on switch. It almost completely keeps 90s game play but adds just enough quality of life improvements to make the game flow faster and feel more intense
Very impressive with beautiful animations and color palette and the gameplay is fun and diverse for a beat ‘‘em up ❤ and can’t forget the period perfect music
Great game and expansion. Still not used with the two new characters as their style is very exotic. But gotta love the classic big guy of the series Ninja with his jet pack and nunchucks.
Umm... Actually, this is the Remastered from the original game titled "Ninja Warriors Again" from Super Nintendo / Super Famicom era (and they add 2 new characters in this game). Ninja (the character in this Video) is 1 of the original Trio; Ninja, Kamaitachi and Kunoichi. 2 new characters in this game are Yaksha and Raiden.
Creo que si hubiesen hecho el juego "un poco" como Final Fight, habría quedado muuucho mejor. Es decir, que el personaje pueda desplazarse hacia arriba y abajo también. Fuera de eso, el juego luce muy bien...
Well, he is the slowest from the original Trio (with Kamaitachi as the fastest). But in this game, even Ninja is still faster... than Raiden. But yeah, it's normal since Raiden's body almost fill the entire screen... Lol...
Well, they actually attack. But remember, we're talking about Reply Burner here. I admit he always good in playing game like this 😅 Maybe that's why you feel the enemies don't attack. He is really fast before the enemies attack.
@@rigelothello709 I mean I watched the video and the enemies just dont attack.. on hard mode. Being good is all well and good.. but this just does not seem like a hard mode beat em up.. normally the AI on those types of games is very aggresive
@@Chad-Dion Hmm... Yeah, I understand what you mean. Well, I guess the reason why is because in Ninja Warriors, we only have 1 Life, while on another beat em up, usually we have more than 1 Life. When I played this game on SNES Emulator, I sometimes feels that the enemies indeed not that hard, but the environment is another case (Especially those Missiles Drop... It can becomes really annoying). And since Ninja Special in throwing opponent, the enemies that can make themselves can't be grabbed can become annoying as well. But for final Boss, Ninja is good, while Kamaitachi can becomes really tricky (He still can grab the enemies, but not directly).
@@Chad-Dion And well... in Ninja Warriors... there is indeed 'something' that can make this game becomes more hard for me... Lol... But yeah, it's not that important... Lol...
Well, I like Enemies Kunoichi in here (and in the original), but I don't mind if they want to add more Female enemies. Too bad it seems they only add new Main Characters, while the enemies are remain the same...
@@FCEngine I think that the throw mechanics were introduced in the snes game. Throws were more than just a cool move, they were crowd control. Crowd control was an integral feature to the game play, especially the final bosses. Its why the single plane level design works so well. Most other brawlers dont use a single plane for their levels, they instead utilize an isometric view. Unless im missing something, I didnt see any new mechanics that were inherent to mastering the game play in the latest version. Most new features felt decorative. Also, I didnt like the aspect ratio of the levels. It took too long to get from one side of the screen to the other....something that infact further hindered the crowd control play of the latest version. The snes version ensure that the throws could be utilized on the entire screen.
The aspect ratio never bothered me a one bit. They had open it up for Raiden, but I think it runs deeper than that. The way I see it, Natsume Atari is using that 16:9 redesign (and adding the hard to reach drones) to challenge you into readapting and thinking of new crowd control strategies, making this version a whole different experience in which you can't approach with SNES tactics. Another thing is they retweaked the controls so you can now do combos making it fighting game-like too
Fabulous game. Music, graphics, animations, everything is brilliant.

This game was always so bad-ass in every aspect, from graphics, to game-play, to that fantastic music!!

I am surprised they did a sequel! I remember playing this game with my brothers on the snes. Such good memories!!

Hey it's 2023 but still...
I really LOVE the original till now...
NINJA WARRIORS AGAIN
I Personally like KAMAITACHI...
This deserves real PC port asap. People who want to pirate already run emulation.

We need a steam port!
kinda odd they release Wild Guns and not this one =(
i use an emulator and runs great
Too sad that this game isn't on Steam :(
Yes agree... If only Natsume can bringing this game into Steam. I love the original Ninja Warriors Again, and I hope I can play this game too.
It just launched on Steam.
これとかワイルドガンズ、怪々とかナツメ作品のイラスト集を出してくれないかなあ…。
You cannot beat the music in this game!
It was great on the SNES and even better here. I still listen to the OST every now and then.
SNES version's music better
@@kinleongyeung7982 How so? It's the same music but with better quality.
聖剣3と並ぶリメイクの傑作だと思う

I mastered Raiden & Yaksha during the launch time frame (she makes a great Blaz Blue character), theyre fun once you learn them

why dont you use the arm cannon?

90s arcade total!!❤
this is exactly what Ninja Warriors Again would look like if it hit the arcade first then the SNES
I didn't know this was a thing. Somehow the graphics are worse than the 80s original but all the move probably make it more fun.
Please port this game to Steam

Great game , just wish the final boss was more confrontational. Maybe have him transform into a big cyborg beast .
Raiden was potentially that
Oh, is this game enough to be made for ps4?. It just looks like mame's specs.
IIRC it was rebuilt from the ground up on Unity
Why is this only on two consoles?!
I need a port of this on android
