Mine will always be from YuYu Hakusho when Kurama fought Elder Togoro and attached him to the sinning tree. Elder Togoro couldn’t die so he’d suffer for all eternity. It was deserved but DAMN!
Ah. A man if culture i see. Yeah. Of all the people in there, Karama is by far the scariest. The guy could kill you in more ways than one and leave you in an endless torture even. I just thank all the heavens he's on the good guys side.
Yeah, I was a bit surprised this wasn’t on the list too. During Kurama’s first fight in the series against Genbu, Hiei says he chose to ally himself with Kurama so he would never EVER have to face him in battle. Honestly, Kurama is an incredibly dangerous opponent, and if he wasn’t on the right side very few people would be able to stop him. YYH really needs to be talked about more in terms of characterisation and writing. The fighting is masterful, but there’s so much more to it than that.
While I do see the arguments saying Leon shouldn't be up there due to him killing Sayaka via psychotic self-defense as he tried to use the self-defense argument to convince Makoto and the others to not correctly vote for him as the blackened basically that moment where he goes "I had to do it she tried to kill me man, I had to do it I had to protect us from her. IF YOU WERE IN MY SHOES YOU WOULD'VE DONE THE SAME THING!" But the thing is he could've stopped after breaking her wrist and tried to convince Makoto and the others of Sayaka's true intentions but he didn't so yeah he barely deserves to be on this list.
Of all those that make you think 'yeah they deserve that' from danganronpa, you chose...Leon? Come on...did you just stop watching after the 1st trial? If anything his case was upsetting to see, for both Ayaka and Leon.
it shoulda been Junko Enishima there in place of leon she was the mastermind of the whole thingand totally deserved what was coming to her despite that after she lost she wanted what was coming to her
Honestly, I feel like Celeste deserved her punishment a bit more than Leon did. In any case, her murder scheme was arguably the most elaborate in the first Danganronpa game.
That three-way fight really showed how each faction was strong in their own way ( number of fighters, their abilities and the resources they can use to fight). Of course, Alucard and the Protestants won them all since along with Seras they can use souls to fight.
Leon killed Sayaka with one blow from the knife but he did break her wrist to disarm her but he could have gotten help if he didn’t go after her when she fled
Good old Higurashi. Though, there's a bunch of options to pick from instead of Rena bashing the tramp's head in and later dismembering the body for disposal. Teppei getting a home run to the face by Keiichi, for example; kid takes a metal bat and bashes the crappy uncle in the face right off of his pretentious moped, bludgeons him to death, then haphazardly buries him in a swamp. There's also the less violent time where the ENTIRE VILLAGE rallied outside of CPS just to rescue Satoko from Teppei's abuse with the help of the on/off antagonistic Ooishi. Pretty much every Teppei death/capture is top 10 worthy. There's a lot of stuff from Higurashi that would make a good top 10. Especially some of the more messed up situations like the septic tank or the crucified knife stabbing. God I need to rewatch the DEEN seasons again. Such a wonderful series, excluding the laughably bad newer seasons.
VN for me, but I understand people don't have time for that. For that reason I don't care for the adaptions, you miss out on all the hints. Gou or Sotsu could of been better as a VN, at least I would hope. It's a good idea done poorly and leaves you with more questions and probably even plot holes for WTC in general.
My MHA OC is called Doctor Death, he wears a black doctor's uniform and has the Heal, Poison, Blood Control, Bone, Cremation and Decay Quirks; he's also the distant little brother of Doctor Death from Akudama Drive who fell into a Space-time Rift created by a malfunctioning Dimensional Hopper in their lab back on the Earth of Akudama Drive, he then grew up in the world of MHA and built his own lab, then he travelled back to his old universe to the day before his sister's death and successfully warned her of it and convinced her to come back with him to the world of MHA so they could continue their villainy together. His entire lab is unbreakable and cannot be damaged in the slightest, as it's made of a highly adaptive compound alloy that he got his hands on via his Time Machine which he uses to travel to and from the distant future of MHA's Earth; his lab is also outfitted with all the best security measures he could discover from his visits to the future, and when he brought his sister, Akudama Drive's Doctor Death, over to his lab in the world of MHA, she got given the Magnetize and Neutralize Quirks. This is due to the laws of the MHA Universe being that 80% of the population have Quirks, the chance of her having a Quirk being higher than the chance that she turns out to be Quirkless.
Personally speaking, Geld's unholy beatdown of Shogo in That Time I Got Reincarnated As A Slime will forever hold a special place in my heart when it comes to brutal-yet-well-deserved ass-kicking. Mere words cannot properly convey how satisfying that moment was.
Leon didn't beat Sayaka to death. He stabbed her. But regardless, he did have a chance to walk away after breaking her wrist and causing her to run for the bathroom, so he does deserve to be here, even above other Dangan Ronpa killers who have arguably done worse.
Maybe he had the option but in the world of Dangaronpa the man was a lightweight as far as "villains" go. He only did what he did after being attacked and given the circumstances one can definitely understand how ones emotions might run high and cause you to go further than you would normally. Even comparing him to some of the truly terrible people the series has to offer is laughable.
"Top 10 most brutual but deserved punishment" *Deserve what?!* He didn't actually want to kill to Sayaka, he just stupidly kill her cause he wants to denfend himself from killing him.
God that episode of reincarnated as a slime had me seeing red the whole time. I was waiting for them to get payback. Also I need to get back into watching MHA I'm so far behind.
This list should have been at least 20 entries long. There are too many deserving entries for just 10. Entries like the Pope (Shield Hero), prime minister (Akame ga Kill!), Gato (Naruto), Shrieker (Bleach), etc. I know some of these are some fairly minor characters and there are likely more deserving entries; but this only proves that more than ten entities are needed.
Leon was attacked by Sayaka. He killed her in self defense. And you can argue that he could have left her alone and just let the others find out but Sayaka could easily lie and just say that he attacked her first, who would you believe? A famous popstar or a highschool baseball player? Either way he would have had a bad time
I feel like Leon's is debatable mostly because it started off as self-defense since Sayaka wanted to murder him first and blame it on Makoto. He did however took the extra time to grab the toolkit from his room to chase Sayaka into the bathroom to stab her. Also fun fact about DanganRonpa, the original concept was called Distrust and Kyoko was actually supposed to be the first one to be killed. Then later when they released a demo, it was Hiro who was killed and he would end up being reused at the dead one in the demo for DanganRonpa V3 too
I don't know how a compilation on this topic can be made and NOT mention Redo of Healer. Literally EVERY SINGLE THING Keyaru does in vengeance is 10000% soo justified and satisfying
I feel like Celeste should of been here instead of Leon because his was technically self-defense. Sayaka initially provoked the fight to try and kill him, but she ended up losing in the end. Meanwhile, Celeste killed Taka and her accomplice Hifumi for money…
Tbh Kars should have been on top of the list, the guy can’t die and is frozen in space for eternity, the only thing he can do is think. Talk about torture
Leon definitely did not deserve his fate. Sayaka tried to kill him and he snapped her wrist in self defense. He knew they'd never believe him over her in a trial. So he decided to go ahead and murder her
Personally I think everyone's fate in Danganronpa was not deserved as they were all victim's of the killing game...but you can't tell me Leon's death was more deserved then Celeste's
BEAT TO DEATH!? Leon didn't beat Sayaka to death he stabbed her once. Also I find that statement odd because in their TOP 10 Danganronpa executions list they say he stabbed her. Also also, here's a question WatchMojo, if Leon beat Sayaka to death, how was she able to write his name as a dying message?
Wouldn’t Overhaul be better than RE Destro? His fate was brutal, way more than Destros, and the punishment was so fitting. Overhaul wanted to rid the world of quirks, so Shigaraki took his ability to use his own
I know these are all brutal (and granted I haven’t seen many anime with the exception of like Danganronpa), but I’d like to point out that in Leon’s Punishment, the baseballs were also colliding with HIS balls, and he was in restraints the whole time without even being able to shield himself from any of the impacts. And from what can be shown during the execution’s duration, he was still alive through easily 90% of the impacts. 😰
Leon shouldn't be here, like, what he did was wrong, but he was called to come to Sayaka's room, or in actuality, Makoto's room and she tried to kill him which he survived by defending himself and then Leon killed her for pretty understandable reasons. 1. Tried to kill him. 2. The way to get out was killing. 3. He would have to put up with other people potentially seeing him as the true bad person, even Makoto night had sided with her. If anything, Sayaka had her karma. She planned to frame Makoto who was probably one of the nicest people around, and kill Leon who didn't plan to kill and even trusted her enough to go to the room.
@@tank2kool351 Eh, okay fair enough. But I can tell you who definitely had it coming: Sergeant Gross, the Marley solider who was responsible for the death of Grisha's 8 year old sister, Faye. The man feed her to dogs, while he seemingly enjoyed torturing his prisoners before turning them into Titans.
@@tank2kool351 Definitely. Especially glad he was eaten by a smaller Titan, so it was more slow... Good lord that sounds so much dark than I thought it would 😅
Celestia actually the most ruthless. Fun fact, in a non-canon scenario Leon only broke into the bathroom to try to treat her injuries but accidentally stabbed her while she thrashed in a panic. Officially, he finished her off since she may have blamed him for the attack. Sure him hiding it may have caused everyone else to die, but that's nothing compared to Celestia manipulating Hifumi into killing "Ishida" and then killing him in cold blood herself for money. She even compared herself to Marie Antoinette who too was fated to die by the hands of the common people. Mysterious figures set alight the pile of kindling she is set atop a it's hard to tell how much of her sweat is from the heat and how much from the fear. But still, it is pretty much what she wanted... which is why Monokuma killed her in a different way because he loves making sure no one gets what they want! So he trolls her by driving in a firetruck and squishing her with it. After all, monarchs don't get hit with vehicles... very often. When you set aside the probably mangled state of her body, you gotta appreciate of dying to an emergency vehicle! Then again people die in hospitals and fires, but only if they aren't saved in time... Also, Monokuma douses the last bit of fire right after, just as the cherry on top.
I was thinking a top 10 most undeserving deaths in anime. A few in particular found the 2 newer Higurashi animes. One was Mion dying from protecting Keiichi from the town
A couple of brutal but deserved punishments that deserve an honourable mention are; Blade from Redo of Healer The pope of the church of 3 heros from Rising of the shield hero. Both of them were brutal but deserved for what they did in the series.
@@jakealter5504 so many that could be added to the list they should do a 2nd one. Only thing wrong with this one was Leon being on the list instead of Mondo or Celestia.
" Most brutal but deserved anime punishments." > Doesn't show Roy Mustang (Fullmetal Alchemist Brotherhood) incinerating a sadistic monster who killed Maes while looking like his wife, set off at least one war to "carve a crest of blood," and incorporated the souls of most of Dr. Marcoh's team into his philosopher stone meaning they'll be used to fuel his healing. Said execution involving separately boiling out Envy's eyes, incinerating his tongue, and many, many, *many* rapid flame alchemy blasts one after another, until he's reduced to his slug form. > Also doesn't show Shou Tucker (ALSO FMA: B), who fused his daughter with his dog so that he could keep living in a nice big house and getting paid military money, getting his head turned into a Jackson Pollock painting by Scar. > Also ALSO doesn't show Elder Toguro in Yu Yu Hakusho, after gloating about his newfound complete immortality, being infected with a parasitic plant which will give him nightmarish full-sensory hallucinations until it's drained the life from him...which, given that he's completely immortal, means it'll be doing this until the end of time. > However list DOES include a guy getting executed for killing someone who had literally just tried to kill him. sweyn's death actually caught me off-guard when I first saw it. Like I'm used to seeing characters being decapitated but this one felt like it had some real weight to it
So Trunks dicing Freeza into pieces then incinerating him didn’t make the list… huh
Makoto from Tsukimichi stabbing that chick in the throat was a pretty brutal revenge.
Deserved
And Makoto's walking animation was smooth
Leon getting Smacked around By Baseballs is pretty tame Compared to Mondo Literally Being Liquified amd Turned to Butter
Meanwhile hidan is still buried under the forest somewhere 💀🤣
@@tybone313 i think hidan died from starvation
love hidan but he deserves what happened after what he did to asuma
Such a good anime
"Neferpitou getting her head bashed in
Diavolo in friggin death loop
Jason getting eaten alive"
Just some I thought are pretty brutal too
With punishments like these, there’s no such thing as the easy way; only the hard way.
I was expecting someone from redo of healer to show op on this list.
And here I thought we would be seeing the infinite death loop from JoJo's bizarre adventure part 5 but I guess not Giorno you are being scammed
Bruno?
Thank you for the update, WatchMojo..!! Now I must watch all of them..!! 🤣
in higurashi when they cry, when the other kids bully reika , she goes to town killing everyone because she couldn't be there when her grandpa died.
Totally amazing video of totally brutal anime deaths that definitely totally punishment in anime watch mojo, fantastic job.
Sayaka also had time to stop what she was doing but she didn’t…
Exactly!
Also he didn't beat her, he stabbed her.
Suggestion: Top 10 best dark-skinned heroes and villains in anime.
Why though?
@@doratheexplorer531 why not
I hope Charon from fire force is on that list he is awesome
That's very rare my guy
@@drizztthornton8369 why would you want to learn that
I think what shigiraki did to overhaul was more brutal because he basically cant use his quirk anymore
Higurashi and Danganronpa are both all-time anime with every death scenes
Leon was defending himself so I don't think he deserves it
Yeah but she hid in the bathroom so he could have just left.
@@kristophersy773 if I'm trapped in a life or death game and someone attacks me I'm killing them if I don't know who they are
@@drizztthornton8369 I know but still. He would have lived a bit longer.
I always thought Enrico Maxwell had it coming. And the way he got it was just SO good.
That three-way fight really showed how each faction was strong in their own way ( number of fighters, their abilities and the resources they can use to fight). Of course, Alucard and the Protestants won them all since along with Seras they can use souls to fight.
Mojo: ( puts Jojo part 6 in 9th place)
Father Pucci: “ Get out of my church “
Also mojo : *doesn’t put Kars in the list*
@@goldexperiencerequiem3059 Kars and Kira can be on the list but I guess they didn’t want too many from the same series.
Doctor's death was so so sweet and fitting after all she did
I really can't believe some of these people thought they could get away with treating people like crap
Leon killed Sayaka with one blow from the knife but he did break her wrist to disarm her but he could have gotten help if he didn’t go after her when she fled
Don't act like Sayaka wasn't blameless because her death was mostly her fault
And who do you thnk will believe a rash guy over a sweet and innocent pop idol.
the Black Bullet death is brutal it made my eye wanna go inside out
8:15 I’m pretty sure it’s the joker who smacked her leading to her being trampled to death 😂
Agreed, I never liked the newer adaption (gou was aight but sotsu was a clusterfuck). Deens adaption will always stay true to my heart.
I Like How It Gets Less Gruesome As The List Goes On
great video and also the punishments are scary
Sayaka also had a chance to walk away or resist the motive but she didn’t.
Maybe he had the option but in the world of Dangaronpa the man was a lightweight as far as "villains" go. He only did what he did after being attacked and given the circumstances one can definitely understand how ones emotions might run high and cause you to go further than you would normally. Even comparing him to some of the truly terrible people the series has to offer is laughable.
they were both equally guilty here, Sayaka was the instigator of the incident.
Lmao out of all the Danganronpa killers Leon is definitely one of the last people id put on this list
"Top 10 most brutual but deserved punishment"
*Deserve what?!*
He didn't actually want to kill to Sayaka, he just stupidly kill her cause he wants to denfend himself from killing him.
Literally Falmuth in Tensei Slime. Also, Doctor in Akudama drive is a good choice for this list.
God that episode of reincarnated as a slime had me seeing red the whole time. I was waiting for them to get payback. Also I need to get back into watching MHA I'm so far behind.
Yeah what happened to Clayman should have been on here
brilliant list as always watchmojo 💚🖤💙💜❤
This list should have been at least 20 entries long. There are too many deserving entries for just 10. Entries like the Pope (Shield Hero), prime minister (Akame ga Kill!), Gato (Naruto), Shrieker (Bleach), etc. I know some of these are some fairly minor characters and there are likely more deserving entries; but this only proves that more than ten entities are needed.
You could honestly make a 100 entry list and still not get all the good ones.
@@bthsr7113 I could definitely go for a top 100.
I’d switch gato with Danzo
The one we will NEVER be able to see on this list: GRIFFITH
That's really sad. Maybe if he hadn't gone on hiatus so frequently?
Sorrowful 😔
😭
You could pick any number of deaths in Higurashi.
They should have added the bullies from Elfen Lied and Makoto Itou from School Days
I feel like Celeste should of been here instead of Leon because his was technically self-defense. Sayaka initially provoked the fight to try and kill him, but she ended up losing in the end. Meanwhile, Celeste killed Taka and her accomplice Hifumi for money…
Diavolo getting infinite death should be on the list. He deserved it badly
I’m surprised that Clementine from Overlord wasn’t there
BEAT TO DEATH!? Leon didn't beat Sayaka to death he stabbed her once. Also I find that statement odd because in their TOP 10 Danganronpa executions list they say he stabbed her. Also also, here's a question WatchMojo, if Leon beat Sayaka to death, how was she able to write his name as a dying message?
Best Anime Voice Acting Performances
The title was something of an understatement.
If I remembered correctly, Pax's older brother accidentally or implied that he killed a baby thanks to his strength...
I’m surprised Sorbet & Gelato’s death wasn’t on there instead of the henchman getting poisoned by a frog
Leon's situation was self defense if Sayaka didnt try to kill him, he would not have killed her resulting in his execution.
what about diavolo? he sold drugs to kids and burned down a town
Wouldn’t Overhaul be better than RE Destro?
His fate was brutal, way more than Destros, and the punishment was so fitting. Overhaul wanted to rid the world of quirks, so Shigaraki took his ability to use his own
I wouldn't say the prison guard deserves it since he was under the effort of Whitesnake
Akame ga kill, Prime Minister beaten to death by Leon.
A good watch mojo top ten is rare and this is one of em
The Duke of Croyso deserves every punishment on this list
What about Bertholt's death from "Attack On Titan"? I think that was pretty brutal.
Brutal but he somewhat deserved it.remember marley soliders were forced to serve and were protecting their families In doing so
@@tank2kool351 Eh, okay fair enough. But I can tell you who definitely had it coming: Sergeant Gross, the Marley solider who was responsible for the death of Grisha's 8 year old sister, Faye.
You forgot the scene from Narutaru with Aki Honda getting killed
I was thinking a top 10 most undeserving deaths in anime. A few in particular found the 2 newer Higurashi animes. One was Mion dying from protecting Keiichi from the town
Good thing the Alucard and Rip Van Winkle scene isn't here. That was badass but Rip didn't deserve that.
The doctor from Akudama Drive should’ve ran into Yujiro Hanma
Ikr she deserve much worse imo.
He woulda ra*pe that and mental break that
Running into yuji is punishment enough, he the booty snatcher
A couple of brutal but deserved punishments that deserve an honourable mention are;
Blade from Redo of Healer
The pope of the church of 3 heros from Rising of the shield hero.
Both of them were brutal but deserved for what they did in the series.
I have one to add, zorrin blitz from hellsing ultimate
@@jakealter5504 so many that could be added to the list they should do a 2nd one. Only thing wrong with this one was Leon being on the list instead of Mondo or Celestia.
