IPFS on QuickNode?! Yes! 🙌
QuickNode has full suite🎉
Great work Sahil! I use your IPFS gateway for some of my projects
Thank u fr explaining
❤ IPFS and QN!!! Go go go!!!
Great work, I use your ipfs gateway to get the images of the collections built on lmnft
Great work Sahil!
Great stuff brother, thank you!
amazing video
The issue i have is that IPFS says in the website that they are not storage providers.they are just a protocol.i understanding has stuck on "then how we can tokenized a asset like song or image".hope an answer from someone.i have really stuck there.
👀 wen QuickNode Arweave?
Is IPFS like a one huge storage database for all blockchain say, solana and etherrum? Wherein I can query file or something?
Or is it different from blockchain to blockchaij or project to project?
It's an entirely different network from blockchain. IPFS has its own decentralized network, which runs on IPFS nodes.
Is there any option to run a own ipfs node in quicknode
You do not need a dedicated node. When you use QuickNode's IPFS service, you get a unique API key using and also a dedicated access via the dashboard to QuickNode's IPFS infrastructure using which you can upload files without worrying about running your own nodes.
How does IPFS deal with hash collisions?
Because the hashes are generated using SHA256, one would have to generate 2^128 different files to find a single collision so it's very unlikely for a collision to happen. But they are working on newer techniques to prevent this in future too. More on this discuss.ipfs.tech/t/what-to-do-in-case-of-hash-collision/482
