Sir i heard that on cruise ship crew members get good salary as well as tips whereas in merchant Navy you guy's don't get tips and the environment is not so much enjoyable as much as cruise and you guys not also get the get on the ports frequently but where's in cruise you can, but besides all this disadvantage can still tell me that what is the main reason behind people are trying so hard to get into merchant Navy over cruise ship.
