Living in Portland for many years, I can say that this is an amazing and peaceful retreat from the day to day...even more amazing during the winter holidays...
This must be somewhere in the higher level, because you can see the horizon. A place where you can silently pray and have a moment for yourself. A very peaceful place to relax as well.
