2010 to 2013 is the best year for the S550, because the 2007-2009 is riddled with gearbox conductor plate failures, engine balance shaft and intake manifold problems. Not to mention that the 2010-2013 looks better, it's better equipped and the 2012-2013 S550 comes with a twin-turbo 4.7 V8.
The N/A 5.5 is way better.
This car is no trailer queen with over 65,000 miles on the clock. I do see the blue cast to the exterior paint and it is nice to see it NOT in the typical silver. I just dont understand why so many people order the 4 wheel drive model (4 matic) in Florida?? You dont need the added weight or complexity of that very expensive system in a place that never snows.
Kenneth White I agree with you, I currently own a E 350 not 4matic,in Florida no reason to have this system.
Oliden Izquierdo just like the Audi manufacturers of the day, they used to pitch that you get better performance, dry traction and stability with all wheel drive. I never bought into it because although that maybe true, I dont want the additional weight, complexity which leads to higher repair bills and worse fuel economy. Unless you live in the snow belt region, give me traditional rear wheel drive.
Kenneth White I agree with you, Florida is yes a flat surface. Real wheel drive is enough traction on the state.
You can survive the snow with RWD only, as long you fit your car with winter tires. It has already been proven that without winter tires, you're not going anywhere even if your car has four wheel drive.
Hi love the car, but I especially love your outfit and the plate-form heels. I’m somewhat height challenged so I depend on high heels to allow me to look into peoples eyes. Over the past 2 or 3 years I’ve converted over to a lot of plate form heels. I find their just more stable, comfortable to walk in.

Mary Ann it took me a long time to get use to driving with my shoes on. Struggled with pedal feel and was always jumping on the brakes hard.
I think they edited the bit where she changes those shoes for a pair of Sparco racing driver sneakers.

How is this amazing luxury not “your type” lame ass ..I have this amazing machinery in diamond white and have taken it all the way back and forth to LA and SF and boy it’s a DREAM on wheels..we went to Vegas from SF and it was so simple didn’t even feel any bumps on the rode, we would LOVE to know what your broke ass drives 🤷🏽♂️😆😇
