Concrete lentils painted in brown to complement woodwork of door. Ferro-cement pillars
High roof in middle part and interlocking wall to decrease heat inside. No cement, sand and concrete. Plastered walls inside. Primer + stain to decrease painting cost. Courtyard model glass and decorative painted glass to provide inside lighting.
Simple bedrooms, small kitchen and work space. And study. All having tress worked ceiling hidden by plastered border. Shelves in aluminum fabrication. Decreases total cost by 30%.
