    Saw the vettes for sale. I think you being a fab guy with experience with trucks you should build a silverado for drifting. I think it would cooperate more for you. Vettes are notorious for being a pain in the ass. Or take your vette money and buy a s550 mustang. All those need is an angle kit and coilovers and they are ready to SHRED. And if you want a bunch of power the 5.0 just needs a blower and can make more power than your vette and be just as if not more reliable. Just a thought

    Trent, that bike is super sick dude. Dig the black powder from the old blonde. Props on taking her all the way down to the frame. That’s how I did my late model Dyna. Ryan ripped it when you guys were down in San Diego. Thank you to Kruesi for letting you rock the mic while he wrestles with the Vette.. again😂 Hang in there, Ryan! Your Trump impression is coming along too. Skip to 13 seconds in. U only need 30 seconds of watch.

  • @dormantmenace
    @dormantmenace 5 месяцев назад +1

    I thought the auto tensioner suck cause they over tighten the chain if you tend to roll off hard from high rpm.
    Supposedly, they eat up the slack when the motor engine brakes hard.

    • @kruesioriginals
      @kruesioriginals  5 месяцев назад

      Yes, they do suck. I do not like them. You need free play.

      @kruesioriginals ya, i wouldn't think the comp or inner primary bearing appreciates the strangling of a tight chain.

    I keep eyeballing the Screaming Eagle banner/poster in the background. Seems like a lot of negative opinions on a lot of the so called “performance” SE parts. Would you consider doing a video on the Kruesi “approved” SE parts? Whats worth the money whats not and comparing to what else is available on the market and the benefits to one vs the other including cost. I think its safe to say that a large majority of Harley owners do at least an exhaust and an intake. Clearly some people just do it for the sound and appearance more than the true performance benefits. Some likely do it because its the status quo. Then there are people like myself who within reason could really care less what it looks or sounds like but just want to experience the absolute best actual felt and measurable performance gains from their hard earned dollars being spent. It seems like most people who aren’t building a designated stunt, drag, or race bike but are putting together a bike that they primarily ride on the road don’t start with a one time drop of $7,000-$10,000 dollars in aftermarket parts. They ride the bike and throw a few bucks at it as they go. Exhaust and an intake, a seat, some bars, suspension ect ect just not all at one time. Maybe you could include a recommendation on what order to go in. Suspension first? Cam first or intake first? Exhaust and a tuner next? In other words if I am building as I go and don’t want to buy parts that incompatible with future upgrades what is the best method of approach? Appreciate your wealth of knowledge and willingness to openly share it. Keep up the amazing work.

      It’s a really long comment. I honestly only read the first bit. Screaming eagle parts are good. We only use Harley Davidson Pistons for the most part.
