At 63, from age 58-63 lost 70 lbs just cutting out garbage foods, sugars, veg oils, processed foods. LOVE to work out. That helps. Never thought as an old man I could still do 12mph treadmill HIIT sprints. I get a lot of odd looks doing those. The #1 goal is to stay injury free in 2024. No doubt about it. When injured at my age is takes 5x longer to heal. Completely was the SAME in 2019 or so - could barely walk after doing ladder work. Really was a wake up call. CONGRATS!!!! on your journey - great channel - subbed and liked.
I lost 105 lbs 4 yrs ago after bariatric surgery .. 40 lbs crept back . But you know , stress is my enemy , cirtisol makes me fat ... dumbed down my job , made fir more exercise time ..and lost 30 lbs ...ten more would be great
