I found you because of getting recommended your new snowflake iron and proceed to binge all the episodes of your chest locked iron in one day. It’s been so hype and a crazy journey, and the mini music video went so hard. Incredible content, so happy RUclips actually suggested something good!
Idk about dispensers. Like I think thats sort of stretching what counts as a chest into just "objects that hold an item or reward" which is fine if thats how you want to define chests but I think it pretty broadly expands what you consider counts. Like if a dispenser is a chest, then a crate or barrel would also be a chest. That means you could also do the Rogues Den for Rogue's Equipment Crates to get the rogue outfit. Arguably the urns in pyramid plunder would then also count as chests since they are an object holding a reward. Basically what I'm saying is that its fine to count the dispenser as a chest, but at that point you need to expand your definition of a chest to also include everything that acts like a chest even if it doesn't look like a chest at all, because the dispenser certainly doesn't.
Crates really should count though. The definition of a chest per google is "a large strong box, typically made of wood and used for storage or shipping." which means Crates 100% fit the definition of a chest
Yeah I understand the thought process as a whole, but logically speaking dispensers AND crates are types of chests, but because I enjoy the challenge I removed crates early on because wintertodt/soul wars would've been too overpowered in a sense that they made 60% of chests completely useless, so it made sense to remove them - I stand by my dispenser ruling because it's not really overpowered nor takes away from other chests, and I had to address it as I got a bunch of messages, I do stand by it - but I also see the opposite side of it, but overall it doesn't change anything about the series progression because nothing from there is useful
@@Tellacon I think the biggest difference for me would be the "Hinge's" that differentiates a chest from a crate. SO id put the vote on as its similar to a chest on the division of chest/crate

Yeah, by definition a dispenser is a chest, just a vertically-aligned one as opposed to horizontal. The difference between dispensers and other vertical storage systems like lockers, cabinets and closets is that they're generally not occupied by the gays, nor can you realistically squeeze into one.
Underwater (lyrical) fire, rodent genocide (metaphorical), and some good ole definitional grey areas as you run laps in a (literal) grey area. Good episode. :)

@@TheSpoobs bro what, a sing to go with a game is common practice if the creator can sing especially of the grind makes u slowly go mad. frosty bard, mountain man and i think goblin chunk also all did it, in their chunk locked series
Its funny because on launch (well technically after launch because construction was disabled on launch to fix a bunch of bugs, but when construction was released and for several months after) toy mice were actually the best agility xp in the game and it wasn't close. By winding a full invent of mice and releasing them in a 1x1 or 1x2 area then spam clicking them you could get hundreds of thousands of agilty xp an hour. Like in just the time you spent underwater in this video you could have had 99 agility. It was busted.
Realistically clockwork mechanisms should work just fine underwater? (As long as they don't use pendulums ofc.) So it just makes sense for the toy mice to work underwater IMO. Also, I think you can massively increase the xp/h from toy mice by releasing a bunch of them at the same time, preferably in a small area.
I don't think it would have made THAT much of a difference, but cutting the crushable gems last would have been more efficient since the chance to not crush them scales with level.

@@hijim3874 I don't agree it's wrong, but I'll play along anyways - I sent chat gpt one prompt, and got this back: "Yes, an automatic dispenser that provides loot such as food and armor when interacted with can be considered a type of "chest" in certain contexts, particularly in video games and role-playing games. Here's why: Functionality: Like traditional chests in games, an automatic dispenser serves as a container or source of rewards and supplies. It can provide players with useful items like food, armor, or other loot when interacted with. Interaction: The idea of interacting with an object to receive rewards aligns with the way chests function in many games. Players approach the dispenser (or chest), and through some form of interaction, such as pressing a button or completing a challenge, they receive the contents. Game Mechanics: In many video games, chests are used as mechanisms to distribute loot and resources. An automatic dispenser that fulfills this role would fit within the broader category of "chests" in gaming. Terminology: While traditionally, a "chest" might imply a stationary box or container, the concept can be extended to include any mechanism that provides a similar experience or function, such as a dispenser. Overall, while an automatic dispenser might not physically resemble a traditional chest, it serves a similar purpose in gameplay, making it reasonable to consider it as a type of chest in the context of game design."
@@Tellacon aha fair enough. Far from a perfect tool but it's a grey enough area if chat gpt can give two different responses depending on bias it can slide.
