You have missed a big point. Modular kitchen asks 50% advance. 100% before fitting. Carpenter takes money after completing each portion of work.
Yes because the risk is higher for them and at a time they are working on atleast 10 projects so they also need capital for smooth handling of business
@@rajatsamal5405 My experience is same with glass digital printed doors and upvc etc suppliers. They want 90% advance. In case of issue and quality is they do not attend at all as they have already taken their profit.
Moulder kitchen is very costly and less durable. Won’t repairable . Bad experience for me . Never go for this .

Thanks for the information, it is very helpful. My question is if we design the kitchen by interior and install the inner boxes by carpenter and will buy our shutter from factory who will install those shutters and will there be any fitting issues???
Sir, in kitchen we dont only need carpenter, and interior decorator u never spoke ubout plumbing work, nor electrical points nor about kitchen platform top nor about , kitchen sink

Get kitchen furniture made in factory and rest of the house made by carpenter at home.
Three vendors = triple headache
Carpenter kitchen are much better and durable because I have seen both of them Maine dekha hai ek modular kitchen ko joh ek bohut he reputed company se banwayi hai naam nahi lungi yaha per woh carpenter ke mukable bilkul bakwaas and non durable hai
Can you please let me know if 2mm edge tape is given for shutters by carpenter using hand heater will it match the factory finish?

Sir ghar men matt strip tiles (wood texture) laga li hen jo k achhi ni lg rahen coz polished lagani chahien then. Plz suggest how to turn them into polished one. Kea wo marble ki tarha polish ho sakti hen? Ya sealer ki layer apply krny se shine a jaey gi? I really need an answer. . 😢
What wall colour in living room will go well with glossy light grey tiles (Armani grey) . After doing some research it’s seems that white , beige will go well but can you tell me the exact colour codes (Asian paints) please 🙏🏻

Damn good content... Can we make entire interior of 2 bhk flat in modular bcoz finish is way ahead as compared to carpenter... Bahot magajmari hai conventional carpentry method mei.... Is it technically and design wise possible.
Lko.me factory made shutters and full fitting k liye kuch guide kariye pl.Maine bhi interiors ka kaam start kara hai but factory ownees kewal shutter pressing kar rahe hain.Measurements and after fitting koi nahi provide kar raha.

With Titanium board and ply with high end laminate a good carpenter delivers a much better kitchen than modular,that is my personal experience.

@@91Homes My comments do not require any consultation. I have expressed my opinion as I got 8 kitchens made in two houses of mine. Went for SS , modular and carpenter made. My experience is far far better with Titanium ply and board with high-end laminate when made by expert carpenter. Even the price is better. However I paid the carpenter on the daily wage basis and it was still economical.

Your composite advice is good but modular factory will not take your job easily or do half hearty with more premium, this is a problem in india only, sabhi lut kar kar apana dusra jiwan saadne main lage hai, but thanks for your effort.

Wastage of material in carpentry kitchen is more and that's what will take your final cost near to the modular as well
Also if carpenter is good but his team is not skilled enough, you will get maintenance within 1 year
