You know, my teacher told me this and i think this applies to a lot of people. I take math tuition and my teacher said i was only one of 2 people from all the kids he has taught, that asked for much harder stuff, without care of how painful it would be. I think that same mentality is what I'm currently applying to the gym. If I see, "oh, my triceps hurt quite a bit from that exercise" of course I do it more. Don't worry I try my best to do proper form and always check in with my gym bro for advice on stuff so im set. Unfortunately, I am part of the very little percentage of people who enjoy pain. If you can't enjoy the pain, you can't improve.... That's my idea here... Take care everyone. Be careful with yourself this winter, but push. Always push, if you don't, no one will.
Had to quit football bc I am having a second hip surgery and I’m only 16. Recovery for this one is 6 months, same with my first one. My only chance of ever playing football again is if I lock tf in after I get cleared in April and get to work from then until I graduate so I can walk on somewhere. Idk if this is what god wants me to do or not but I don’t think he would’ve put the idea in my head if he didn’t.
Im going in for winter arc i have started my calisthenics journey 4 months ago ive seen progress in muscle growt but this winter im going outside at night in outside gym near me and doing pullups my goal is reaching 100 pullups and i can already do 100 pushups now i will start to explore more difficult types of pushups wish me luck my goal is consistency for years!
yeap, just got tennis elbow in both arms. Now i cannot train my upper body at all without making it worse. Dont take having no injuries for granted. Avoid persisting injuries like tennis elbow at all cost.

All for discipline, work ethic, resilience and grit. But beware of embracing a toxic productivity culture that saturates the exercise and improvement space. Work hard, be consistent, but enjoy life with loving people around you too. Too many messages towards our impressionable youth that makes them feel like they're failing if they miss a step. Just keep going, keep learning, and be kind.
Remember lads, the "Winter Arc" is just a battle where you have all the advantages. If you want to win the war against yourself you need to dig in and prepare for the long battle of attrition. I have so much insecurities like my own hair and skin with a life changing surgery for my right shoulder this year. I feel like a buzz cut would help me get through that insecurity and better growth. I'll work on myself and rehab and have the last great months on my fitness journey and getting through my insecurities and regaining shoulder strength. From here and out I will succeed. Can't wait to create content during this journey :)
i wish i could ive been having problems for the last 3 years were i dont rest in my sleep and the last half year ive been trowing up in the morning am weak everything hurts even when i eat healthy am going to the hospital soon because the docter could not find anything i wish i could just eat every morning and not feel as bad every morning btw i know feeling of being tired in the morning but this is not the same it feels like i didnt sleep at all i hope they find somthing i can fix any tips ive tried alot but am willing to try anything at this point. my bloodwork is fine and i have a good oxygen level in my sleep
