This is a wonderful, insightful video. I am highly sensitive and run my own online business for highly sensitive people and empaths. I am both introverted and extroverted at times. But the times when I am at my best in business is when I am introverted. I listen, I appreciate, I do not judge. It is such an important part of being a coach. Although my business is so small at the moment, it is growing. And I will keep leaning on the strengths of the introverted side of me. And I will use the extroverted side of me to take my Ki Gong classes and for speaking in public. Thanks for sharing. Keep shining. :)
