Southeast San Diego, CA rapper Mitchy Slick presents the Yellow Nguyen-directed music video for "Dago Nights", his new collaboration with Central Valley, CA producer Sir Veterano. Also featuring a hook from "Talkbox King" Bosko, "Dago Nights' appears on Mitchy & Vet's forthcoming collab album Everybody Hates Mitch which features first single "In My El Co" ( • Mitchy Slick & Sir Vet... ) as well as appearances from E-40, Jay Worthy, Silky Slim, Ise B, and 2die4. San Diego rap stalwart Mitchy is CEO of Wrongkind Records, a familial collective of rappers, deejays and artists and a member of the rap supergroup Strong Arm Steady (‪@StrongArmSteadyGang‬) along with rappers Phil Da Agony Krondon (‪@KrondonVEVO‬). Mitchy has collaborated with artists such as Lil Wayne, Nipsey Hussle, and The Game, whose Documentary 2.5 featured three guest shots from Mitchy, including a verse on "My Flag/Da Homies" ( • The Game - My Flag/Da ... ). Other notable Mitchy tracks include "Yea Dat" ( • Yeah Dat (feat. Damu &... ) and "Imperial" ( • Mitchy Slick, OsoOcean... ). In 2021 Sir Veterano released The Gathering which included "Reputable" featuring MC Eiht and Planet Asia ( • Sir Veterano X MC Eiht... ). Sir Veterano is the premier producer on the roster of Fresh Yard Records, helmed by Vet's music manager, Walt Liquor, and Kwa Nguyen, also owner of Fresh Yard Clothing.
