1 large chicken breast
2 tbsp unsalted butter or oil
4 large eggs
Salt and pepper to taste
A pinch of chicken powder or magic sarap
1 tbsp flour
2 tbsp parsley (optional)
1 large tomato, sliced
Mozzarella cheese
LUMPIANG SHANGHAI AND SWEET & SOUR DIPPING SAUSE
INGREDIENTS:
500g ground pork
1 large onion, chopped (you can use red onion)
3 stalks green onion, sliced
4 cloves garlic, choppped
1 medium chayote or sayote, chopped
1 large egg
1 pack Mama Sita's lumpiang shanghai mix (Eggrolls seasoning mix)
2 tbsp flour
Lumpia wrapper
DIPPING SAUCE
4 tbsp white sugar
6 tbsp banana ketchup or tomato ketchup
3 tbsp vinegar
6 tbsp water
1/2 tsp garlic powder + salt and pepper to taste + a pinch of chicken powder or magic sarap
1 tbsp cornstarch diluted with 2 tbsp water
