En los dramas hay que saber interpretar todo el no creia que estaba muerta sino porque compro el segundo pez además de que cuando presentan las tazas con los cepillos el de ella esta hay ,era que el tuvo ese cuadro desde el principio y no sabía realmente el valor tanto económico como emocional pues fue pintado por el padre de ella y era de los pocos que quedaban mas la frase que llevaba que era algo significativo para ella además se supone que se iría a E.U para tomar terapia,el solo la extrañaba luego de tanto tiempo ,me encanto el drama❤❤❤❤

Yes! After the wedding, He Ran asked Xiao Han to wait for her ( that means she was going away for treatment) and that she wasn't going to leave him ( meaning, she will fight for her life). All the IF she doesn't return lines meant there was a possibility she might not make it during the treatment. But a year later, her mom was seen eating alone after returning to China a week before ( probably to accompany He Ran during her treatment. And she had returned because He Ran got well). Meanwhile, Xiao Han waited and longed for He Ran's return someday. Hence. The ending. ❤

@@ritamelgaco6855 entenda o drama, aquelas últimas cenas quem assistiu até o final depois dos nomes, percebeu que não são lembranças até porque a primeira cena ali no Jardim com ela ele não abraça ela. E ali mostrou ele abraçando ela, acegurando que o tratamento deu certo mais uma vez, dando a entender que ela venceu a doença mais uma vez, e que ela voltou pra ele. Só que o roteirista quis deixar vago,talvez prometendo uma 2 temporada...creio eu que depende do tamanho da audiência que a série der...
