Thanks to the reduction of the F-16, Mig-29, etc. a black hole was created on BR 12.7, which you write about, where now every plane from 12.0 moves to 12.7 because BR 13.0 suddenly has fewer players. So the result? Nothing has changed, players still get F-14 IRIAF as before, but as a bonus they get F-16, Mig-29 and sometimes even F-15, SU-27 with 12.0 BR aircraft, great change. Really, only Gaijin can turn a change that was supposed to be positive into the exact opposite, a negative thing. I feel that with my 12.0BR plane the game is even worse now than before. I applaud Gaijin. They do step A by increasing BR for F-14 due to lower BR and next step B erase their step A. I really don't understand their logic sometimes. If they left the mentioned aircraft on BR 13.0-13.3 as they were, the F-14 would drag it to 13.0-13.3, otherwise the aircraft from BR 12.0 would not drag to 12.7 and they would have a lower chance of meeting these machines, but Gaijin and their great people who do not use their brain beyond their first attack. The F14A at 12.7 should have 9L to balance it more, the IRIAF have Fakour 90 so it's already balanced enough without 9L. The su27 at 13.0 have the best SARH and the R73 so the F14B should have 9M

Queue times going up a it wont be that bad. The real solution is seperate brs with gaps. For instance top tier should be a whole 1.3 br above everything else as this means the best planes in the game will NEVER be downtiered. Props and jets should also get this treatment as well as sarh/no sarh and sarh/arh. This would have exceptions of course lile f16s with not sarh would still go in around where they are now.

Wild that the f14B is now 13.0 with no aim 9m. Honesntly playing the f14s as close up sparrow slingers rather than phoenix busses is very enjoyable and arguably less frustrating for other players. Just ashame its gonna be very hard to do that now at 13.0

The f14 can do so much more than just sit at 4000 metres firing aim 54s and then circling back to base. Not to mention how unreliable phoenix missiles are compared to Fakour 90s.

I think the Tomcat is fine where it is. It’s not sealclubbing 3rd gen airframes anymore, some of which have like 15 flares and either horrid rwrs or no rwr at all, which is a fantastic change.

Been playing the Flanker alto today and I’d say I get a down tier 1 in every 5-6 matches. Still not very fun. Plus the radar seems to not work for me at all atm

Ive found that while r27er's are definitely not as good as fox3s, they're also not far behind either. They're much faster and tremendously more difficult to notch. Any situation were you can safely hold a lock, er's will massively outperform amraams. Giving the 27S a niche you can play into thats allowed me to perform adequately at 13.3. It was NOT above average at 13.3, so im NOT up in arms about it going to 13.0. But personally, i would've kept it at 13.3, because it will be quite above average at 13.0. And it wasn't actually underpowered at 13.3 when you gave it a chance. Still, i understand the decision.
i dislike the BR system when it comes to introducing fox 3s, would be nice to just leave fox3s / high BVR in their own tier ( with the exception of the 54/f90 ). i honestly don’t think the 54/f90 is that bad once you understand how to avoid them. but i think they have should have kept the f14 early at 12.3 in my opinion! however, i think 12-13 BR in sim will be very fun, with all the new planes available.
The su-27 not going down in BR for Sim is so stupid. Yet again another BR change where the su-27 is stuck in top tier solely facing fox3s which having a garbage FM, radar and bugged IRST. Mean while the gripen and f-15 still get to dominate 13.0 top bracket days in sim.
Casually keeping up the 3.0+ K/D in my F14A IRIAF with brainless Fakour 90, against Su27SM and F15C with 0 problems. Before the patch, when I said I missed Fakours in my F16AM, and I would definitely trade AMRAAMS for Fakours, a lot of people were saying I’m out of my minds and I got cursed upon and got completely toasted. After the patch they are all muted and never spoke a single word again. Where did these cowards go? If the F14A IRIAF was not going to be competitive at the top tier why did they not defend their biased words? I said in the very beginning F14A IRIAF should be as top tier as possible, be it 13.7 or 14.0, some people say I never have played it. Now when they do meet the “weakling” in their BR bracket and taking over the top of the scoreboard, I hope they have a wonderful time.

Idk dude some of the shit the snail dose feels like they are just pandering to the loud minority and ignoring those who bring up real issues with game play. I enjoy the short rb matches but in all honesty its just a fucking knife fight in a phonebooth and everyone has a sword. If they turned RB EC into a server baced game mode like sim where you pay sl to fly out as much as you want in game i feel like there would be more potential for "fun". They need to buff the airfield AA for sure and make the objective a bit more dynamic. There are a TON of great ideas coming from alot of partners in the wt community. Sense i spaded all the top tear, excluding the f16a (just the jdams) i dont even feel a need to play top tear being like i said "knife fight in a phone booth" I like sim but also like the mechanics of RB being on mouse an key. I dont always wanna fly with keys. Guess i just need a good hotas or something. Anyway iv been flying the f4e alot grinding up the cas brach. Its been alot of fun, the aim7 Dog Fights are good fun.

Lol real. As someone who enjoys this Iranian Tomcat very much, it NEEDED TO GO UP. Same with the F8U, (though I think it should go to 10.7) I think I could give myself the good at the game title, and I’d barely flown a Crusador before, but I decided to hop back in it, and I have like 250 kills and 40~60 deaths (I can’t remember), like 80% of which were from before the changes. I had to stop playing it because I felt like a pos using it, but lemme tell ya, it made the event pretty easy

Fox1 only vs Fox3 should not be a thing, playing F104 ASA/MiG-29A was painful until these changes.

The F-14 is quite a good dogfighter in my experience. The F-16A Block 15 (ADF) is at the same BR as the F-16A Block 10 now too.

They're much faster and tremendously more difficult to notch. Any situation were you can safely hold a lock, er's will massively outperform amraams. Giving the 27S a niche you can play into thats allowed me to perform adequately at 13.3.
It was NOT above average at 13.3, so im NOT up in arms about it going to 13.0. But personally, i would've kept it at 13.3, because it will be quite above average at 13.0. And it wasn't actually underpowered at 13.3 when you gave it a chance. Still, i understand the decision.
i dislike the BR system when it comes to introducing fox 3s, would be nice to just leave fox3s / high BVR in their own tier ( with the exception of the 54/f90 ). i honestly don’t think the 54/f90 is that bad once you understand how to avoid them. but i think they have should have kept the f14 early at 12.3 in my opinion! however, i think 12-13 BR in sim will be very fun, with all the new planes available.

The su-27 not going down in BR for Sim is so stupid. Yet again another BR change where the su-27 is stuck in top tier solely facing fox3s which having a garbage FM, radar and bugged IRST. Mean while the gripen and f-15 still get to dominate 13.0 top bracket days in sim.
Casually keeping up the 3.0+ K/D in my F14A IRIAF with brainless Fakour 90, against Su27SM and F15C with 0 problems. Before the patch, when I said I missed Fakours in my F16AM, and I would definitely trade AMRAAMS for Fakours, a lot of people were saying I’m out of my minds and I got cursed upon and got completely toasted. After the patch they are all muted and never spoke a single word again. Where did these cowards go? If the F14A IRIAF was not going to be competitive at the top tier why did they not defend their biased words? I said in the very beginning F14A IRIAF should be as top tier as possible, be it 13.7 or 14.0, some people say I never have played it. Now when they do meet the “weakling” in their BR bracket and taking over the top of the scoreboard, I hope they have a wonderful time.

If they turned RB EC into a server baced game mode like sim where you pay sl to fly out as much as you want in game i feel like there would be more potential for "fun". They need to buff the airfield AA for sure and make the objective a bit more dynamic.

Lol real. As someone who enjoys this Iranian Tomcat very much, it NEEDED TO GO UP. Same with the F8U, (though I think it should go to 10.7) I think I could give myself the good at the game title, and I’d barely flown a Crusador before, but I decided to hop back in it, and I have like 250 kills and 40~60 deaths (I can’t remember), like 80% of which were from before the changes. I had to stop playing it because I felt like a pos using it, but lemme tell ya, it made the event pretty easy
