I am from California where the Low Rider started in Boyle Heights and East Los Angeles back in the 60's. When cruising Whittier Blvd. was the Happening at the time. Now I am 66 and it amazes me how it grew to Worldwide Business. Now they are mostly for show. This is History for our Culture keep GROWING & ROLLING.
