没多少实战意义，为什么？？因为这种动作用于持标枪作战动作，赤手空拳用这套动作是打不到人的，绝大多数拳师固步自封，只是死板的照师傅的说法去做，没有自己的思想，只有李小龙会研究思考每个动作在实战上是否有用并加以改良使之具有有效的攻击或防守作用，所以说没有哲学思想的拳术是没有意义的。
