I bought this on vinyl a few weeks ago. I can safely say that this is in my opinion the most solid release from the legend that is Harry Potar. Every single track on here is soo good. "SoftCore" with its charming and dreamy vocals, hypnotic bells, lovely melody on piano... and ooohhh that bassline! Such a nice track! "Slighty Little Small Rocks", wich is my favorite songtile to date, maybe ever. It has one of the grooviest basslines i have heard. It gets even better as the song progresses. That first breakdown at 1/4 runtime will never fail to get a move out of me. "Rusty Crusty" feels like the wildcard on this one for me. Fun bassline and a synth that almost sound like it has a pychotic beakdown. Fits together nicely with the vocals. I like it! And "LoveGoat"... Just so well done! From the intro wich builds the song up with magnifique high end. And just as you start to think: "Ok, im into it." It Smacks a new bassline in your face. And such a nice one at that. I love the floaty synths in the buildup, I love the choice of vocals for this one, the song incorporates them so well. I love the kickrolls and pauses, as always with Harry. "It's love! it's love! it's love!" There are some even better better songs out there from this dude, but this release... just so good throughout. 9/10
I know "Lovegoat" uses the Loveboat theme song, but wich track is the Cowboy Bebop remix? Is it that 3.14 song? Tell me. It bothers me that i dont know.
Slighty Little Small Rocks, absolute bomb! :) im glad i have it on vinyl
