When you buy a bag of bread, take out the amount you can use for the first two, and the rest are put into the freezer, not Fridge, When you take out from freezer, you can toast, or pan fry . Alternative, you can wrap it with a wet paper towel and put into microwave. But make sure you slice half of the hamburger buns or slices baguette into 6 pieces before put into freezer.
for the meat, marinate 醃 them ahead with ginger and cooking wine for at least half an hour and then packed them into one meal portion before put away into freezer, then you can bake, roast and cook directly from freezer , no more defrost. and you can make addition sauce, any variety sweet and sour, spicy, salty to go with them.
Put the bread to freezer, and it can save for long time. But you can take out the pieces in room temperature before you sleep. You will have the fresh bread in the morning.
