i am not at the peak of my beloved career but I can say to myself that i am an average cartophile, who can work and play with maps for hours. I am working and learning new things every single day even though i am involved in this field from atleast 3 years now. Thanks for the motivation sir! Well said. My company has tried our best to hire good talent in Pakistan but our youth has disappointed us time and again. They dont want to work hard and want continous guidance and push for delivery, in comparison I have found kids in India much more talented and self starter. My book on Educational Reforms has highlighted this problem 7 years ago and I dont think we still have any solution to this problem.
