- This door draft stopper I am sharing with you how to make is super easy and made by request from many of my subscribers... Some doors are different from others, I am sharing with you the best way to do quick and easy in just a few minutes
First you need to measure the length and add 5' to 6' extra
second measure the thickness of the door, my door is 1.5" thick..
In the video, I sew 1 end closed and the other end I leave it open just in case we want to take the noodles out and wash the cover

These are great! Just a side note for anyone that can't find a pool noodle. Check the plumbing section of Walmart or any hardware store for foam pipe insulation. are a little smaller so you don't have to cut them in half but they work just as well.

A youthful energetic germ can travel so far 😂😂😇. But thank goodness, we learn how to defeat all their effects against us and our loved ones! How is Brandon and your Hubbie doing, well I pray. My husband and I will begin holding worship service in person again on 9/25. There are a lot of families (mainly couples) who have been requesting us start- up assembling to teach them the Word of God and we are doing so on Sunday. Ms Vivian, This is just what i needed! I live in the midwes, and like you it gets Very cold here as well. my house is a remodeled, over 150 year old, one room school house, so the front and bck doors are horrible with keeping the cold air out in the winter. I know Mary, maybe long ago they don't add insulation when build houses,, now they can do that by adding insulation to the old house, that also save so much money for the heat too during the cold months
Please dress warm and drink lot of water and chicken soup with some slices of ginger to keep you warm

Hi Vivian. Wow, this looks so good. I used to make these all the time for the front door, but I just stuffed them with dry beans because they only went on the inside of the door. This is great for interior doors with beautiful hardwood floors like yours (or linoleum, of course). I really love this idea with the pool noodles and I have to say I would never have thought of it.
I think I'm going to where all the stores are today, Joann's, Hobby Lobby, Michaels. I will look for clearance fabrics. I'm so excited. You made something very useful and looks nice too. Very cold here this morning.

I am wondering if necessary to sew the division seams as i am sure the doir will hold each noodle half in place, tgen easier to pull noodies pit for washing
Did you use outdoor type fabric or something else?
I used cotton fabric because it's my bedroom door also i leave 1 end open so I can take the noodle out and wash it if it get dirty
