I think it's more likely the white stone is part of the wall of New Jerusalem since there are a lot of names on that wall...names of the apostles in the foundations, names of the tribes of Israel on the gates so the names of the saints in the bricks of the wall makes sense.
This guy is way off lol.. The white stone represents you covered in white robes. A stone means a person. Jesus is considered the cornerstone. The hidden manna is the bread of christ aka his body. It's comes from revelation and that euphoric feeling you feel. People call it God's presences. As for the new name... well that's for you to figure out.
