used mad ryu up to chapter 25 but then Fashion Blanka just outperformed in every single aspect, I love him so much

I just beat 30-28 with 5* MadR/ 4* Elana/ 5* Lee/ 3* Bison on Auto. MadR is still good with all his cars. I had Bzang, and Cammy in for support.

My MRYU is my carry , I was lucky get 5 copies first week of playing F2P. I didn’t know he was good but I realized he the only reason I’m progressing lol
I saw a video showing that Mad Ryu does more damage with missing hp so the strategy was to have him be the only DPS with Elena, Rose, and Bison. He would take as much damage as possible and build up as much meter as possible and then do back to back combos
I did find Mad Ryu get much better after I got his 3 vehicle skill. For example in the current Akuma+Ken event, my high score is 121mil using a friends strong Bison (since my Bison luck is garbage) and my team being Mad Ryu SSS+5, Bison SSS+5, Street Poison SS, and GM Ken A. Assists were Dhalsim SS+ on Mad Ryu and Cammy SSS on MG Ken. Mad Ryu did 64mil and Bison did 50 mil of that damage. Virtues were Belligerence and Decimation for the red ones. Crushing Fist, Battle Cry, and Elegy for the blue ones. Though Elegy probably could have been swapped for Trial, since Mad Ryu's super has heavy hit. I set an auto clicker to restart the stage for like 2 hours and came back to that score. Though I was averaging 100-110 mil, which would still just about be enough to get me top 50 in my battle zone. Before getting his 3 piece vehicle passive, he just died too quickly.

Im currently chapter 20 and my SSS M.Ryu just doesnt do enough damage for some of the tanky stages. I either have to get very lucky with stuns or interrupts. He's so squishy. I've swapped him out for C.Viper who hits so hard. C.Viper is squishy too but I find her DPS AoE to be more important than M.Ryu single nuke attacks.
Besides Bison, My mad ryu is almost always the last to die. But I have very strong equipment on him. He has a full set of T2. So he's at over 1 million HP
I have maxed out mad ryu 5*sss and i am on lvl 27-7 and mad ryu is still kicking ass
u dont need cheif in the line up...if u have a 5/6 chunli vehicle * u can combo it with F.blanka..chunli gives crit buff..maximizes the dmg for f.blanka..its broken man lol

@@rokage73 cleared 2 chapters and clib tower from 240 to 300! With it..but have to be lucky I got 3 vehicles one shot when I pulled for chunli alone..I just need 1 more and I’ll be 6/6 chunli vehicle I free to play I don’t spend lol

Crazily I pulled a bunch of Red Dudleys early on got him fully maxed and ended up linking my Blanka to him. Blanka is great

yeah, the only down side about beast and ryu build is beast's second is pure RNG when it comes to interrupt, some times takes 5+ trys to even get it once

I am in level 30s and I use m.ryu equip echo and have elena,and sakura e.x move for faster heal,m.ryu is really good for single boss fight,you see his m.ryu power is 670k level 240,mine is at level 239 and his power is at 836,he hits like a canon,and of course as soon as he beats 1 enemy he shoots another canon hadoken,his final sss car move increases his attack by 70% permanently. Show m.ryus equipment and sss cars and f. Blankas equivalent and sss cars then you can see why he is probably better for you,but like you said stages break into 2 types,aoe,or single attacker type,you just switch back and forward.

Mad Ryu, M.Bison, Mad Ryu, then Dhalsim AOE Combo took me to level/stage 33 None stop. Just a day or two for mats then massive gains all over again. 😅 I thought I found cheat code it was so powerful
Is there an optimal time to collect idle rewards? Example, should you at least wait until 8 hours and no more than XX hours?
My team set up is a little different than most (example being the old bison elena and 2 others set up) so I'll probably just use both f blanka and mryu on the same team or viper and f blanka depending on the stage I'm just not sure what combo I would do because f blanka dmg looks really good
is Mad Ryu Form more powerful than Evil Ryu
I say, Mad Ryu is extremely F2P friendly character until you reach the higher end of the game.
That’s when his garage passives will start to be the most important to keep him alive because of his suicidal skill.
My F.Blanka is linked to SSS Chun Li and he works in tandem with M.Ryu and they work really wonder. C.Viper is in assist with M.Ryu(2x Combo chain) while B.Zangief is assisting F.Blanka.
mypwr level in story is 621K computer is 998K the a.i. is killing my team WITH NORMALS before I can even super lol

@ryuapprentice Well you need to sync him to a character that you own. If you sync him with a character that's sss then he will copy that rank for himself but if you sync him to an s rank then he will only be s rank.
I use fashion blanka with mad ryu and bison and elena and if I need more power change the elena for the thunder blanka
Good luck at 27/25 with this strategy. I have 5 star fashion blanka 2 star bison 1 star beast zang and 3 star elena. No chance with 2,25kk max power
newbie here...in the current akuma event u can exchange for mad ryo or viper, which one would i exchange for?
Nothing.spend it in +1 tokens or in the normal coins or the items where you can Switch the affection of an item for ex fire to thunder
Unless I missed some important event (which I doubt) M. Ryu shoudn't be your highest SSS+ character because the game only gave a few copies of him (I think 3 or 4 total?)...the rest is pure RNG.
In fact I'm a bit further in progression that what you showed and my M.Ryu is just SSS1 while I've got 3 other characters with more stars.
That said M.Ryu is still amazing at early game and when you are fighting someone with equal/less overall power, but if you need to beat raid bosses or are using cheese strats then he's not good at all.
I would use fashion blanka more if I had better equipment for him. My mad ryu has a full set of T2 equipment. My fashion blanka does not

I also use lightning faction and have him on my wishlist. My mad ryu is sss +4 and I only spent 99 cents for chunli
So dumb that you cant have both Blanka and Mad Ryu on the same team while linked. Game is really becoming annoying in that manner.

Nah, you just sync them. And then you cant use them in the same team.
You will still have your mad ryu but you just can't use him with fashion blanka in the same battle while they are synced. You can unsync them if you ever want to use them together in the future. Sync and unsync costs 100 gems each.

I mean he’s ok I’m currently in chapter 20 he’s sss +1 he does damage but not enough I’m still using him but until I get fashion blanka I’ll get him in 2 weeks so yeah btw he can’t survive for a long time I mean he dies too much

Well i think Mad ryu is very good for F2p and p2w but he is even better with 6 SSR cars... 70% more dmg.... Crazy with elena.Already got 3 cars :)
