Jenny Lee sounds an inspiring figure! Access to education is so important, for people to change their own lives.
I know one acquaintance who overcame the almost total lack of support for those with Borderline Personality Disorder. By studying part-time with the OU, while working, for 7 years then a further 3. Gaining her degree and masters in psychology, she was able to understand and treat her OWN condition, and then to help numerous others. From being 'too difficult a problem' for services to face up to, she's become something of an expert and an inspiration to fellow sufferers.

Scottish CIVIC nationalists are not crude 'separatists'. They are people who believe in their country and desire to see their country being part of the wider world, fully self-governing and working with all other progressive countries to make a better world not only for their countrymen but for all men (and women) of good spirit and honest belief.

Impressive, knowledgeable guests. It’s intriguing watching them politic in real time. Wish it wasn’t all so messy though. In the long run I think it will be positive for Alba, the number of pro Indy MSP’s still needs to grow which is still the main problem for all of us. The other problem for the MSPs, talking about calibre, is they seem to be only focused on their party positions rather than country first, it clouds and taints all their rhetoric. For Scotland, keep the faith 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿✌️

I hate the SNP - incompetent, empty, directionless suits : worked for indy all my life and they failed us in every way. Sadly, Alba comes across as angry, authoritarian and not much fun (at least that's the impression folks have) - so I don't have a home. Why tf did you resign Alex - there was no shame in indyref1 - everything that's happened was a result of that resignation. IF you wish to recover indy, turn Alba into a likeable home and not a
perceived angryocracy. I salute your achievments but time to make Alba mainstream.
