Happy Sunday!! We participated in this unique agricultural tour as part of the Cajun RV Rally in South Louisiana. If you missed our video on the overall rally experience and other things we did in the area, you can watch it here: ruclips.net/video/pncp0bj4_Yg/видео.html . While in the area, we also toured the world-famous Tabasco Pepper Sauce Factory. You can find that video here: ruclips.net/video/gtMB8sTolPM/видео.html . Thanks for watching!
My parents met y'all at the Cajun Rally ( Susan & Jesse Pitre), and they said y'all were very nice people. They also turned us on to your channel, and we like all of your videos. I also saw you guys on a Traveling Robert video since we're Pelican Heads, we thought that was great! We also want to thank y'all big time for subscribing to our RUclips channel! It meant a lot having y'all subscribe with as big as you guys are proving y'all are great people! Thanks again, and we look forward to watching more of your adventures! ❤
Thanks y’all, we really enjoyed getting to know your folks. They were great & loved hearing about the grandson pitching in college, that’s really cool. Hopefully we will cross paths on the road one day soon. Safe travels and happy camping! Good luck with your channel! ❤️
Wow! That was so cool reliving that day at the Cajun RV Festival. That's where "Cajun Betty" was born, ha! I highly recommend this event for next year. Thanks for another great video...Howard and Betty
I love the rhythm of the crawdad farmer's work. What a fun segment! You made my mouth water. It brought back some memories. I ate my first mud bug as a toddler in Breaux Bridge, LA.
Crawdads mainly come from two areas....Louisiana and the Delta area in Calif. between S. Fran. and Sacramento....The latter is where i live....Its gone now but we used to have a really big festival called the Isleton Crawdad festival which was the best festival around anywhere here...That is where i developed my hankering for crawdads....I hear some private company now gathers up the crawdads and ships them off to wherever ....On an RV trip to NOLA i went crawdad crazy while there...Had them every way possible i think along with something i had for the very first time there....Turtle soup, SO GOOD !!!
Interesting and kind of feel bad for all of those Mud Bugs. I've never eaten crawfish, but its interesting to see how they are harvested, and processed for the meal. thanks for sharing. Grammy Kay
Enjoyed the video, but not the music. Music was overpowering, and the tempo was too fast for the pace of the subject matter. Keep up the hard work, and thank you for sharing.
Grew up on the Mississippi Gulf Coast where crawdads are a staple. Mom was the only one of us who sucked the fat out of the heads. (She also enjoyed the fat in lobster heads). She taught my niece, who lives in Maine, to do the same. Yuck.

Never been a fan of crawfish so this was very different. Thanks for the video. Miss my Whataburger though as we travel Alaska. Safe journey.

That was cool. Looks like you guys might have eaten a lot crawfish 😂😂😂
We did! 😋
Very interesting tour! You should show me how to eat them now! Never had a crawfish. Do you eat it like a lobster?
Very similar but for the most part, you only eat the meat in the tail.
What were they throwing in the buckets on the sorting line? Dead ones? Jayman...
Off colored ones. They said they are OK to eat but retailers don’t want them.

Fair, unfortunately the 2 music subscription services we subscribe to has no Cajun music. It makes it a little tougher.

Sounds crazy to me!
Mud bugs!!
Yep
Great video bad music
Fair, just tried to change it up. Sometimes it’s a swing and a miss!
