This phrase Ambassador of the Sport needs to stop being thrown around so much as though it means anything. He's an ATHLETE. He literally just won one of the biggest titles, he practically is the sport. That's like saying the President is an Embassador of politics, or their country.

To do all the events with such ease and consistently ace everything at 145kg when there are athletes at 180kg with so much more mass (much of it in muscle) is crazy. Also the fact that you “only” eat 5-5.5k calories in comparison to 8-10k with most other athletes is also so impressive. You are truly a beast and the crazy thing is, you’ve only just started🤯.

It’s great to see the focus on beyond the sport - how strength training betters health for everyone. I’d say especially at older ages - focusing on muscle development will keep people strong well into their late days of life. Best of luck with the rest of the year!

Mitch clearly learned and improved from the feedback given about his winning speech at the ASC. That's great to see, because it's hard to bet against a man that is so talented but also humble and respectful to the sport and fellow competitors. You truly deserved this win. A spectacular and dominating performance. What's even more amazing is your winning attitude and humility in the win. Last year when you spoke to Eddie halfway through the competition, it seems a bit harsh to say but you sounded a bit overconfident and cocky which didn't seem like the true you, maybe that was just the excitement of the competition but this year you stayef true to yourself and your family and outdid your own expectations and that is truly remarkable. You are a true role model.

They also both happen yo be 4x WSM champions. Mitch hooper came out of nowhere, and as a canadian, I am so happy to see that he seemed like a gentleman. Also I agree with you there, Hooper has insane ability and if he keeps developing at this rate he might just be able to surpass a 2018 Hafthor. If he does that and stays consistent for several more years he'll be one of the GOATs.
