Honestly it isn’t as bad as people have been complaining. I’m not that great at the game and I have a game where I get to feel like I’m good and amazing around people who have similar skills as me and then another game where I get blasted. Being able to play against people with higher skill and lower keeps the game in this balance of, I suck in this category and I need to get better, and Wow I have really improved. Most people complaining, I feel,have a negative experience with skill based matchmaking where they either get blasted every game or feel they play like a god in the game and no one can touch them when they play in the lower ranked matches compared to the true mvp and pro league players of the genre. If anyone disagrees I understand, this is just my opinion and thoughts❤
the NEED to improve in gaming is not real...learn a real skill and just play the game as a hobby..if you arent already an elite player there are better things to do with your life, same for these elite players also to be honest...gaming is not real and does nothing for you as a human being.
I have to disagree with you. I am average at xdefiant. I dont get crazy stats and i am rarely the top of the leaderboard. I come home from work and spend a few hours every now and then playing, and other than that, thats it. I love the game. I think you may have forgotten what it was like to hop on bo2 with your buds back when skill based matchmaking wasnt even a thought in any devs head. If your friend was good then tough luck. Get better. Strategize. I hated my experience on mw3, mw2 (new ones), bo cold war, etc. This is the first in a long time i have enjoyed competitive shooters. Just my perspective. Maybe its different for others.
I get where you’re coming from and no, I haven’t forgotten what it was like back then. Believe me, they keep reminding me! I quit CoD at Cold War, I hated the whole skill based matchmaking thing, it sucked the soul out of the game. Now with XDefiant, I can have fun again… Now, you say you’re an average player? Well, I’m below average and only play a couple of hours on weekends, if I’m lucky! I’ve been top of the board on several occasions, even beating out my sons, who are above average and play almost every day! So, in part I do agree with what you’re saying, but also sort of disagree based on my own experiences… 😎
Second post I have to straight up disagree with you! This game waste SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO MUCH Time! And it is not about being young and needing a dopamine rush! I am over 40, and I value my time! First it takes an eternity to launch, and I have to watch 20 unskipable splashscreens EVERY SINGLE FUCKING TIME I open the game! Then I have find a lobby, vote for maps, even though most people don't realize you can - this is fair enough... It needs to find players! Then I have to wait for players half an eternity because everyone have potatoes on cobberwires I guess? Or is this also just the server that is slow? I can't even monkey around with my loadouts while I wait for other players! Then everyone needs plenty of time to select hero and loadout! Then add the at least 3 minutes at the end of the game too! The problem isn't 3 minutes, it is 3 minutes every 10-15 minutes on top of all the loading in crap! It is like almost 40% of ingame time that is spent looking loading screens and unskipable crap. We booted it up to play some games, not sit and stare passively into the screen!

I can honestly say I don’t have that time issue, in fact it is significantly less for me, but I appreciate not everyone has the same experience! Also, I feel you may not understand that these videos are just sarcastic comedy entertainment, they’re not meant to be taken literally… I will be making a video on load times though, it does seem to be a common issue that needs to be addressed, especially the black loading screen… Don’t give up though, they are working on things and sorting it out, we just need to be patient with them… Maybe I’ll see you in a match sometime, give me a shout if you see me… 😎

@@ScottyMcGaming Spiderbot is almost my crutch now! But damn do I hate when the other team use them - that is not OK :) Worst thing about the snipers are - when you switch to them yourself - they are not as easy as you think. Sure you get some crazy kills, but how many do you miss :) There is some skill to it, like it or not!
Oh, 100% on that... I've tried snipers on XD, but I'm not the crackshot I was on Fortnite, it's a whole different ball park... I will take the time to learn them and practice, further on down the line, but for now, I'll stick to levelling up all the others I am okay with... And if I ever see you in my games with a spiderbot, I'm hunting you down! lol
