I was able to follow your directions and ssh into the vm. Thank you for the instructions. I had rsa public key issues. My public key for whatever reason had the machine name in it at the end of the key which I suspect was causing problems on the client ssh server. To correct this I just regenerated my public key from my private key with the command: ssh-keygen -f id_rsa -y > public_key.pub Thanks for the great video directions and the service.
Rich, There is there an option of authenticating with usual login and password, a.k.a without use of Facebook (Granted I already have been approved in the Facebook group and have used this service before)?
The real question is how did you configure your public network and how do you allocated 1 floating IP address to every user? That's great, but how did you do that?

It depends on the particular image, what the default username is. And, yes, I need to update the video to the new version on Trystack. I have been reluctant to do so yet, because I keep expecting them to upgrade to the latest version instead of Liberty.

connection to trystack sandbox is down.It took so long to see it operational until now

I did everything exactly as you said but still my instance is not getting pinged from external network... can you please tell me what is wrong?

as long as management approves budget for it, presumably.

The newer GUI has a section on setting a gateway for networking . It is not clear whether to use the option or not .

Yes that's correct. Trystack was retired years ago. Sorry.
