HOW TO Negotiate Flexible Working Hours for Mums

Part 2 of my Back To Work Sunday Series: How To prepare for negotiating flexible working. Most mums want flexible working but so many women end up getting paid for part time hours but in reality are working around the clock to get everything done. How you negotiate and agree your flexible working can make sure you don't fall into this trap - here's my little 'pep talk' to prepare for this tough meeting. I'm not a HR expert, I'm just a working mum who's been through it twice and have learnt from my own fantastic experience at work where I've been able to work 4 day weeks successfully while still being valued and getting promoted.
