This is the Group Stage Phase 1 of the European Beatbox Championship Live Event. Following intense Online Battles, the top 16 participants from Europe have gathered in Graz, Austria to compete for the prestigious title of the first-ever European Beatbox Champion.
During this stage, each participant will face off against every other participant in their assigned group. The battles will follow an AB-BA Battle format. Prior to each battle, the Decider Dice will determine which beatboxer takes on the role of A or B.
After each round, the panel of judges will evaluate the performances and announce their decision, indicating which beatboxer has earned their points/votes. In the second round, Beatboxer B will start, and Beatboxer A will have the opportunity to respond.
The points accumulated from both rounds will determine the winner of each battle.
Throughout the Group Stage, all the points/votes awarded by the judges to each beatboxer will be tallied to determine their final score in the group stage of the competition.

damn, m1klz has a lot of power and insane combos... i just wish he could simplify the combos a bit.
i feel like his combos, while skilfully crafted, are too full of sounds - combining this with performing them too fast or with nervousness makes them sound kinda messy or sound-spammy. that said, i imagine the adrenaline/lack of stage experience might've also been a factor - either way, i look forward to seeing him in more live battles!

For the people there, how was m1klz power and cleanliness?
He was awfully overhyped and rushed too much. Power was insane in peak, but it was seriously inconsistent in certain moments, to the point where his crowd got too confused to vibe it. Also, he has a tendency to hype the crowd with best build ups exactly when he intends to do a difficult beat to follow with headbop... which was devastating to feel as being a part of his crowd.
But this is nothing... In his battle against JM Beats, he literally snapped and his arrogance from the online hype showed. If you ask me, he needed an "ego down" moment as hell.
But, what would I know? Maybe I was just overthinking things... You'll see for yourself. 😆
