I’ve been walking instead of running on the treadmill but I’m going to start running again. And I live in SoCal so I also have no excuse not to run outside like I used to do everyday. The only thing that’s ever been consistent in my life is exercise. I exercise everyday sometimes twice a day and have done so for years. I’m 32 and look younger because of it.
