Excellent video! Absolutely awesome rig too! I also recently did an unboxing of my RocHobby Fire Horse and a couple run videos on my own RUclips channel, ClassicSteelRC. I love that rig and I definitely have my eyes on another FMS or RocHobby rig as soon as I can afford another one!
I used to think that too and didn't want to go smaller than 1/12 but these are growing in popularity (there's a half dozen or more of these now) and I think I would draw a line at a scale that had no accessories, upgrades and especially figures that were in the same scale. There's plenty of 1:18 figures and since these have an interior, they need a driver and passenger if desired. 1/16 and 1/18 are almost too close in size to notice a difference really. The thing is, there are people who go smaller in scale like 1/24 and 1/32...yikes, not for me! I also got the Fire Horse for $68.99 as it was on sale...😊
It is interesting that ROC Hobby licensed the Toyota Land Cruiser version but not this "Jeep" version. What driver figure are you planning to use in this truck Matteo? I had a 1:18 scale figure for my Katana but it was a little bit too big.
They still might do a licensed version if you give them time--I'd love to have one with "RUBICON" on the hood. Remember it took a long time for RocHobby/FMS to do a licensed LC80. First there was the Katana, then a Patrion, then Patriot (name change) and then finally a licensed Toyota LC with badges.
@@Hjerte_Verke Yes, you are right. I have a Katana and was surprised when the licensed version appeared. But then their whole marketing strategy is a little confusing. There is the ROC Hobby brand, the FMS brand and the Eazy RC brand. Have you seen their new "Bronx" model? That looks very interesting.
Looks great! much better with the black details for sure!
Can't wait to see your running video with driver and extra goodies in it. ✌️
cool Car…black line tip is great detail!
I just realized I need this. Thanks Matteo for another informative video.
Nice painting bro 👍👍👍
Thanks for the presentation. These 1/18 models are getting more and more popular.
Thank you Matteo! Your content is always interesting and engaging. 💯💯💯💯💯
I think I can have a lot of fun at home.😎😎👍👍
Thank you for sharing a good video with a nice car!~~~^_^
Good review

Still looking for a driver figure....

Needs one of your driver figures.
Yes, but not easy to find in 1:18... 😅
@@Matteomeier ANY 3 3/4" or 4" (inch) figure will work. Even the 1/16 Bruder figures will work but they are expensive.
@@Hjerte_Verke Yes, thanks! In the meantime I found figures from Schleich, these fit well!
Do they make up grades for it?
No, not yet...
