Aew should purge about 65% of that generic roster and focus on the better guys so fans can get invested in them instead of rotating jobbers. Aew lost alot of fans because fans will never care about guys like Brandon cutler
65% is too big a number. Just let go of the people that have not been on TV for the last 5-6 months and I've had no major storylines for the last year. That was my list.
AEW still don't realise the talent the talent they have. They have a hell of a roster. But putting people that don't draw and don't connect with the crowd in main event slots and getting regular TV time while people who were crazy over with the crowd, great on the mic, got fans invested sit at home unhappy. Problem with Ricky Starks is he acts like a main event heavyweight but he’s smaller than the 205 live guys. If you saw him in the ring talking smack to say Roman Reigns it would look really silly. It’s fine against Sammy Guevara or Daniel Garcia but he’d be exposed in the main event scene. Wardlow was a huge miss though, agree on that.
For the last 5 months we have seen the new AEW rotation, and it doesn't include any of the people that I mentioned in my list. If they were gone officially, the last 3 months of shows would not change at all, and that includes the pay-per-views. Double nothing is going to be awesome this week by the way. Surprisingly, so will King of the Ring.😊
They will all be in the same position going back to the WWE, which is just as bloated. Miro, Wardlow, Danhausen and Ricky Starks should go to TNA. Miro and Wardlow can get the AEW stink and rebuild themselves in TNA like other wrestlers do to make WWE interested in them again. WWE will ruin Danhausen's character and I doubt Starks will pass WWE's health test with his broken neck.
It’s funny how almost everyone who complained about their position in WWE and went to AEW instead ended up in either the same or worse position. A few people were booked badly in one company or another but most do find their level, there’s not that many persistent main event spots available in wrestling.

The Reasons being are because Dark Order they're friends with the Bucks, are in charge of the BTE channel & Uno & Adam Cole have a weekly video game podcast exclusively on AEW games YT channel, so I don't see them being released. I'd be very surprised if they do, but I honestly don't see that happening. I also don't see Miro going back to WWE seeing that he's been shitted on there for 7 - 8 years. I see him most likely retiring and doing indie shows here and there, but I don't see Miro going back to WWE. He doesn't need it anyways.
