Blackpool Tramway - the Blackpool North extension

On Sunday 16th June 2024, the Blackpool Tramway extension from North Pier up Talbot Road to North station opened to fare paying passengers.
I went and had a look on Monday 17th June 2024.

It's exciting that this long-awaited extension is finally in regular use. Blackpool remains an iconic tram city and this is another jewel in its crown. I like the transport content on your channel and have subscribed.
