Wow, I am so impressed, your honesty and candor, your kindness and pleasant attitude is very much appreciated. I am blown away by the prices and the finished product of your place and the apartments you shared….. Living in Florida nearing retirement…. I just don’t think we can afford the cost, and the taxes, crime and the political climate is very disheartening…. I have heard so much negativity about DR that I was reluctant to even consider…. But you my dear have opened my eyes and I am following another gentleman, I believe MrT … all positive thoughts and of course the pit falls…. I really think we should have a conversation sometime, and maybe we could come and see for ourselves… Been looking at Panama, Mexico, and Portugal, but something tells me DR may be a great fit… Continue making videos and I will reach out… I am also going to look at your Merchandise…. Bless you for your courage and dedication to making life better for so many people…. You are really fantastic…
Thanks for Sharing Cerise. Very good information. I will be retiring in 5 years and i want to live somewhere without winters. I have never visited the DR however after listening to your videos i am inspired to at least visit the place to see what its like. I will certainly reach out to you hopefully this year when i visit so i can get a proper tour from you.
I was born in Moncton NB but my dad is from Springhill NS. My dad and my mother was good friends with Keeper and my God mother was Judy O'brien@@cerisefairfax. I met your mother many years ago through Judy back in the 80's in Montreal then i met up with her again in Toronto she had invited me and my mother to Shiloh Baptist church for some anniversary thing.
Hi! I love your video; you sound very sincere and very realistic. Thank you very much for the info. I really appreciate you. I will be in DR this summer. I will contact you because I plan on on retire there. Thnx again!
Great info! Do most apartments come with a water heater and do the apartment buildings have that device that keeps the electricity from going out in the building in case of an outage which is quite common in DR? I forget the name but it isn’t a generator. I’m asking because just from visiting not having hot water, low water pressure and constant power outages can drive you crazy after a while lol
All new constructions come with water heater. Inverters you can install them if they don’t have them, but if you live in a nice area, blackouts are not that common.
Very nice apartment! I could live there! My question: when I used to visit the DR - admittedly years ago - there was one problem that I found annoying: electric power outtages. Is that still a thing in the DR? On some trips I would stay at "nicer" place that would have their own generator that would kick in after a few minutes when the power went out.
I am hungry for rice, meats especially roast pork, salad 🥗, string beans 🫘 and decaf drinks 🥤 or water. I would like to live in an decent apartment one bedroom apartment with air conditioner, Internet 🛜, cable, Wi-Fi, gas and electricity and fast food restaurants in the Dominican Republic 🇩🇴.
my main problem is I need my medications from Veteran Hospital or same prescription or close to it can I get similar meds while I live in Dominican Republic cause I need to take muscle relaxer, nerve pain and pain meds 2x everyday
You can get all medications in the DR, and even cheaper and many without prescription. US gov insurance may not cover you, but private may. Either way, healthcare is much more affordable.

My friend goes there from Charamicos twice a week. It's convenient.

there are several veteran organizations in dr. They are very accommodating. Your medication should be no problem.
I pay $100.00 for internet 🛜 in USA 🇺🇸 in Pennsylvania. I’m very impressed with you.
$100 wow. Here it's cheaper.
Thank you.
Did you say you pay 400.00 dollars a month for that wonderful place

Hi do you help many Canadians buy in the Dominican Republic ?
Hi, yes (829) 702-7726
Hi, yes (829) 702-7726
Do the cable channels are in English and Spanish? Do you speak English and Spanish?
Both.
Yes I speak Spanish. I learned on the streets here.
@@cerisefairfax 👍 Good 👍
@@cerisefairfax I also speak English and Spanish fairly well too.
Do you have pool in your complex?
There are not generally pools in the local areas. That's more of a touristy thing.
Good information as usual. You’re the best. Have a good day.
Thank you, bless
