      What makes Nigeria more powerful than any of the other OPEC+ members? How does following somebody else’s policies allow you to “breakout” to become a power instead of being part of the “status quo”?

    I hope Nigeria will give 30% equity share holdings to local beaders and offtake to facilitate their funds raising. With preemption rights ASAP.
    Like Buhari gave 20% equity to Dangote Refineries.
    No one will develop Nigeria for us.
