How come there were so many Americans/Candians on Whose Line UK? It doesn't bother me, I just thought there would be all british people. Was it filmed in the UK?
The first season was mainly all UK improvisers, but over time they started to bring in American/Canadian artists since the scene was much larger over there. Greg Proops & Ryan Stiles showed up in the 2nd Season, with Colin Mochrie showing up in the 3rd, and many more familiar faces later on. It was filmed in the UK all the way up to the 9th season, when for the 10th and final one they moved and filmed in Hollywood, using the same set that the American version following would use :)
@@KaiserRika The second half of seasons 3 & 4 were New York episodes, while the first half were London episodes. I’m not sure whether they moved locations to film, or just got more American improvisers for those episodes.
3:52 Ryan said to sing the national anthem but went into "America the beautiful" instead. Colin's face is priceless
Totally missed that. That's so funny 😄
Thanks for all the hard work on these videos!
The first scene, I don't think I've ever seen Colin with so much hair lol
Thank you for posting this , Ryan and Colin are so funny 🤓🙋♂️❤👍
I love that they met here on the UK version that carried onto the US WLIA
I haven't seen the British version since I was a kid, Colin has hair and Brad is dressed like Jerry Seinfeld lmao!
Holy shit, Colin almost had hair back then!
And Ryan looks like he use to have a mullet
22:34 Too funny and the lady's scream afterwards was the icing on the cake
Colin has changed so much....and Ryan is a vampire!
I LOVE YOU DYLONETH
Them singing their lines to the national anthem was wonderful
8:14 For a couple of seconds I genuinely thought Greg was wearing a cow onesie and didn’t even question it.
Such a fun game, one of the best for the UK version
Do more of the UK whose line specials. I would like to see more of the games from the UK special.
I believe the UK episodes lasted seven series (seasons for us Yankees).
@@Skorpio420it was 10
Colin Mochrie is the modern day Don Knotts.
The difference between the UK/US Verizons is crazy. Not bad in any way. I think it comes down to improv growth. ❤
Brad is so young I didn't recognize him until he spoke
Right?!?
I've always loved Brad. He was one of my favorites. He looked so different.
A compilation of the game, if you know what I mean? would be great.
Im so glad their papers got smaller! 😂
Man captain hair actually had hair 😂
Was the UK Scenes From a Hat compilation taken down? I remember seeing it on this channel, but it doesn't look like it's there anymore.
@@RadiiantSupernova It was, I’m remaking it in the near future because the editing was all off :)
Colin looks like a late 70s porn star. It’s awesome. 🤣🤣
30:16 take it up where?
I hope the UK brings this back. American censorship makes it less funny.

From what I know the Uk Improv scene wasn’t the biggest at the time so they imported a number of actors to kinda drum up hype I think

I think series 4 UK was filmed in the US for some reason.
