I ordered a 1792 BIB and they sent me the Full Proof by mistake. I called them and they sent me a BIB and said I could keep the Full Proof since it was their mistake. That’s Right…FREE WHISKEY!

I keep putting it in my blinds. I get it mixed up with 23A Stagg and usually prefer it. It’s become pretty available for me at $50 and it’s gonna be my new go to. Crushed Jack D barrel proofs, peerless double oaked and toasted, 1792 12 year and the stagg. Yet people say it’s too hot and one note. 😂 The store picks are even better.
The first 1792 full proof i had was a store pick less than 60. Great pour and a mainstay in my house.
If I ever see one on the shelf, it’s an instant buy

When I went to Maryland to visit family, one of the liquor stores had it for 50 bucks, so I bought it. I have to say I wish I had picked up another bottle before I left for home.
I'm personally not a massive fan of the normal full proof, but I've had some pretty amazing store picks of it!
We traveled to the Kentucky in 2020 and got a bottle direct from the distillery. Still haven't opened it cuz you never see that version here in Michigan. Not our area any how.

My pick is so caramel dominate and I love it! But unfortunately it costed me 71$ after tax bought another since I just finished mine and they've got quite a few left so I may buy a back up. I think $70 is my sweet spot on something I'd buy max for a decent backup without feeling buyer's remorse
Regular 1792 FP is pretty good, but finding a store pick is really the way to go, and not hard to find. I threw a charred oak spiral into a regular bottle for a few weeks as an experiment, and it tamped down the more astringent ethanol notes pretty well.
Wow. Yes for sure this is full flavored and delicious. The single barrel is also 100% wouldn’t pass on either of these

I've been driving around a lot lately state to state I've been lucky enough to put the whole line up in single barrels with different varieties can't wait to check them out but yes 1792 is good juice

We had some drop today but I passed on it. I do like the small batch the flavor is really good. I gave a bottle to my trash guy and apparently he liked it he has walked my trash can back to my house and it’s fairly long drive. I here this is available in certain areas more than around me.
$48 here, usually drops at the beginning of the year, and I always buy all the bottles I can.

Not a fan. I found the proof hot and harsh when opened. Calmed down a bit a week later, but the proof was still out of balance
Got 2 full proof store picks 1 original offering all honestly in the same ball park but the single barrels which are 2 separate single b's btw are both way more cherry medicine in my opinion like a cough syrup
