I have never watch the Spanish one so i have no bias. But i gotta say, the Korean one is pretty good. I'm going to watch the spanish one and see what the hype is about.

I think she learned english at a very young age, because she has an almost nonexistent accent. It's definitely there for native english speakers to hear, but it's almost too subtle for a non-english native to hear
