Pray to God to cast the depression out from you, because it's not come from God. And trust me you could heal from it because i struggle for almost my life with depression but now it totally gone (not by medicine etc, but just praying, those whispers or thought that lead to depression isnt you, but it's something else) Dont give up no matter what things that made you depressed, God have more bigger purpose for you, dont listen to those demeaning thoughts
