I'm totally agree with your view's on 99rpm. I'm also ordered 4 time on this site and experience lots of missing product and they not send those item further. But majburi me karidna padta hai kya kare bohot sare rare parts local me nehi milte like rubber seals, lock pins etc.
I also face same issue with 99rpm but due to small spare parts like O rings or nut bolts which is not available in service centre there is no other option to order parts from 99rpm. Atleast they provide such spare parts which is not available in market.

Also the Bajaj showroom in My city overcharged me for clutch cable actual printed cost was 187/-inr but he gave me for 204/- rs... Also I bought the backrest for same bike printed price was 830/-rs 2018 packing .but they gave me with updated 2022 price of 1644/-rs.. almost doubled the price for Backrest.. purchased last month July when I ask they said it's Bajaj Company policy to give parts at updated prices.... Literally looted me . For another 800/-rs... Bajaj is the worst company and worst service provider ever... They don't care about customer

I've been using 99rpm for Bajaj spare parts since last 5 years. Never faced any such issues described. yes it takes some time, need to have some patience. I've got refunds and also for partial dispatch orders in case of emergency or early repair, and remaining parts do come in some time. Advice: Don't depend only on this website for parts, bajaj has very deep network for spares in all cities and they are available in even smallest shops. Reach out to them and also the service centers for same orders. Don't compare this small business to a giant like Amazon.

Rather company should offer cash on delivery, then they can take as much time as they want. I have never received refunds for any items which got cancelled in my orders and only after making this video, company has improved their service quality in the way orders are being delivered much faster. Regarding Bajaj service centers, well they don't provide all spares. Child parts and engine components are pretty tough to find and many service centers simply deny from selling the spare parts stating company policy. Some service centers want you to get vehicle serviced from them instead so they are least interested in selling spares. Spare parts distributors are only interested in selling running items like clutch, brake pads, headlight etc. and small parts like o rings and gaskets still stay unavailable for purchase. Only because of 99rpm I was able to maintain my Pulsar 135 in mint condition, otherwise due to pathetic service quality and spare part availability of Bajaj, I would have sold this bike long ago but thankfully I know have enough spares to maintain my vehicle for years even if company stops providing spares for this model so I am assured.
No that's not true i own a dominar 400 which i bought just 3 months ago but today i need some screws and washer but i went to bajaj service centre but they don't have it they just simply deny that they don't have those screws but the same part was available at 99rpm so bajaj is literally just worst they don't have spare parts available and i have went to many bajaj service centres but the parts were not available..

Oil pump ka ek chhota sa jaali aur o ring jiska kimat 35 taka to uske liye showroom bolta hai ki pura oil pump le lo sirf 400 rupay daam hhai.Fir majbur ho kar 99rpm se double keemat dekar purchase karna padta hai. Sabka motive ek hi hai ki customers ko lut lo.

Depends on the part. They generally try and avoid selling engine parts so that you have to bring in your vehicle for servicing. But for common items like oil fillters they won't cause any issues.

Yeh Bharat Sarkar ki website hai jo consumer ke issues ke liye bohot help karti hai. 99rpm waalo ke khilaaf maine bhi complaint daali hai, kuch amount ka refund unko majbooran dena pada, baaki under process hai. Jab aap complaint karte ho toh redressal officer email karta hai 99rpm ko, aur sarkar ke email ka reply karna padta hai 99rpm ko, otherwise aap consumer case bhi daal sakte ho.

99rm sends mails regarding order status in interval of a few days or weeks. Other than that there is not other way you can contact the company because they do not provide any customer care number. They do not respond to emails easily and often they don't deliver parts nor do they refund the amount.
Bike khareedne se pehle yeh baate nahi pata chalti. Kaunsa bike reviewer after sales service ya spares ke baare mein baat karta hai? Ek ka bhi kaam batado. Service centers khud repair karke bill ko inflate karte hai, isiliye spares nahi dena chahte.

Service center se spares khareedo ya Bajaj distributor se. 99rpm ke charges bohot zyaada hai aur service bohot kharaab, mere paise leke bhi inhone parts deliver nahi kare, aise ek baar nahi kai baar ho chuka hai, MRP purana hota hai parts pe, par price yeh site current charge karti hai, uupar se 10 rupee per piece ka drama alag hai. Consumer forum pe complaint daali hai inki, abhi tak respond nahi kara hai inhone. Agar koi aisa part hai jo araam se nahi mil raha aur usli keemat kam hai toh hi is site pe order daalna. Expensive spares bholke bhi mat order karna.
