Also, your piano works well (quality sound and elevates the feel of the song). I also like the mood of your version of this song. Bob Dylan is a great songwriter (one of the greatest ever), but perhaps his singing voice is not the greatest (in my opinion). You took a well written song and added beautiful vocals and piano, and enhanced the mood of the song to where it mesmerizes the listener (captures 100% attention). You have made the song into a 3.57 minute journey that can be deeply felt all the way through.

I've been listening to Dylan's songs for some forty-five years and I had never expected to find an interpretation of One More Cup of Coffee like yours. It captures the essence of the song, nicely summarized in your introduction : "it touches a life beyond this world", in addition to touching a world beyond this life :-). There are many different ways to cover this song, some have enhanced its sensuality and even eroticism, some the "Middle Eastern" bent of the melody, but none the ice-white, eery melancholy of it all. The Nordic lilt in your voice (not unlike that of Swedish mezzo-soprano singer Anne Sofie Von Otter) and this white satin dress you wear makes the whole experience complete. It's unique and very precious. Tons of other things to tell you but well...
