Lovely place for a wander. You’d have run like the wind if you’d heard someone opening the door of that derelict house 😂
I certainly would have Sue. Imagine the shock if it had started to creak open😀😅 It was a nice place to wander around. Wexhave really fallen back in love with Anglesey xx
I won't lie, the harbor was making me feel a bit nervous, what with no railing at the edge. I may be a rock climber, but I still get quite nervous with heights. Even when watching a video or movie. Years ago, when I went vegan, the hardest food to give up was cheese. I grieved for several years over the loss. But, since Nicole and I went back to being omnivores, cheese is once again a part of my life. I've never been happier. Oh and Daryl, neither Nicole nor I have ever been to Weymouth. So, you aren't alone in that. Loverly video gentlemen. Have a great weekend and week. See you next week. Cheers!
We couldn't be doing without Cheese Micky. Nice go snack is a cheese butty.
I'm not over keen on heights either. I don't mind abseiling but climbing isn't for me. I would have to rely on myself too much for that. There again I have said to Keith over the last couple of years that I quite fancy doing a wing walk!
You both have a good week too.
@@CampervanTales Wing walking is right there with sky diving…totally crazy! I’ll stick to my far less crazy sports of rock climbing and telemark skiing! Cheers!
Great interaction with the shop keeper and I loved the discussion on off grid camping and having more money to spend elsewhere. Spot on we spent our budget in Ireland and it meant we spent more in restaurants, independents etc that we wouldn’t have done.
Councils need to recognise this before they cave in to the ‘go to a site’ brigade
Lovely harbour …..
Thanks for sharing and producing keep up the good work
Thanks Stew and Jane. Sadly council's don't seem very forward thinking as far as park ups go. We are off on azlkngwrxtrip in the autumn (shortly your standards) only 12 days, but we are already hearing that where we are going is quite unfriendly towards van owners parking 'wild"
We feel it much better to share the budget we have around locally rather than one lump to an overpriced site who charges for facilities we neither need nor want.
Can you tell Keith he needs to retire so we can do more travelling rather than working at his age (66)
I've given up nagging, it falls on deaf ears
@@CampervanTales spot on we still spend the same we just are able to spend more in local shops …. Keith life is too short go for it …. As long as you have things to occupy even if you take up new hobbies etc
Interesting town, a reply to that door knock would have startled you Daryl. If you wanted to get from the ground floor to the first, you had to climb the outside stairs? Goats are lovely animals. 👍
Yes it would have given me the Willie's if someone had answered🤣
We couldn't understand the stairs being on the outside either and the chap we talked to didn't offer up an explanation.
We have been wanting a goat for many a year. Lovely and funny characters
We were there today. Tide was in and WY does float. George
That's good. Hope you are having a good time.
Great place . Hoping to visit soon. Leave us plenty of cake and ice cream. Happy Adventures. Love to Dogs. Cheers from George and Jane 🤠👫👧 Ps where is the shop. We will be stopping at Penysarn in a apartment/flat next week.
I think we left a couple of pieces of cake so you should be okay for one day at least. Lol🤣
This is the address for the shop. Have a lovely time.

@@CampervanTales Thanks for your reply. We are in Chirk for a few days then Anglesey. George and Jane
Excellent ! Incredible views. Would love to own that old building and fix it up.
Gosh it would be a lovely place to do up and live it. Out of the way but still near enough to town to walk to,a nearby coffee shop and wow those views.
A great little village and that building looked great,a nice place to convert and enjoy.
The trawler WY38 is or was registered at Whitby in North Yorkshire, besides it looks it is actually quite an old boat as the registration is quite old but also the shape of the stern and wheelhouse.
Did you notice the tide coming in at the beginning of the video?
Thanks for clarification with the registration. It didn't look like it had moved in a while.
It was a nice place to wander around. We have definitely fallen I'm love with Anglesey all over again. We did notice the tide but only when we were editing the video. Have a good week
Hi guy's, Don't let your dogs read this but our dogs love cheese as do my wife and I, it must be our dutch blood and we are with you on caravan parks, too many karen's and to expensive and most don't allow dogs
We have had to send them out of the room while we reply lol.
We can't think of a better go to snack than cheese.
Yep far too many Karen's about sadly.
Our three enjoy the freedom they get at a park up. We always try to find somewhere we know they will be safe off lead so they can enjoy their holiday too.
Thanks for watching and keep enjoying the cheese🧀
